Disappointed with Build Quality I was initially attracted to this GasOne BBQ Grill due to its affordable price point, but unfortunately, the low cost really shows in the overall construction. The grill is very economically made—extremely thin metal sheets have been used throughout, resulting in a generally fragile and flimsy feel. It doesn't inspire confidence in terms of durability or long-term use. Assembly was also quite unpleasant. Many of the metal edges are dangerously sharp, and I actually nicked my hand while putting it together. It feels like safety wasn't much of a consideration during the design or manufacturing process. In summary, while this grill might get the job done for a few casual uses, I would advise caution—both in handling it and in expecting much longevity.

Do not buy this grill. Multiple parts were damaged and the manufacturer has a no return policy. Amazon did issue me a 35% return. The damaged parts couldn't be replaced. I had to bend the sides using a rubber mallet just to put it together, but it looks like hell.

I was pleasantly surprised that this arrived undamaged (several reviews indicate damage during delivery was an issue). The design is slightly more difficult to assemble than my previous grills (and the instructions presume you are mechanically skilled and can read between the lines). It's a nice looking grill once assembled. (While much of it is silver / gray color paint, the access door, front and top are stainless steel, It has full sides to hide the propane tank nicely), build quality is on the lower end. And I'm disappointed with the low heat output. It is all I can do to get 400° on the built-in thermometer (verified with an oven thermometer, and also tested with a different propane hose and regulator). I could easily get 650° or more from my previous grill. If you like to start with a truly hot grill for searing of a steak, you might be disappointed with this model.

The grill arrived with damage to several metal panels. This was the second attempt at delivery, the first was turned back at the Amazon Distribution Center. The packing,appears good, but you must unpack it and check the parts. The panels are packed in the extremities and the box is heavy. The panels did not hold up well. Customer service did not call me back about replacement parts. It's a shame to send it back over a few dents, and the packing is not easily reliable. The assembly instructions are pictures. Some lables are missing, some pictures are not accurate, some information missing. If you like puzzles, it is possible to complete it with a few scraped. Knuckles. I knocked out the dents and did so because I needed it. It lit well, but you would be better off with another grill. The

If you are looking for misery, and the most difficult assembly of a damaged product, this is what you should buy. Had to have a new bottom sent out because it was so dented the top would not fit. Still had several other dented peaces but just worked through them. Amazon should offer a refund for such a poor product. If I knew now what I know now would not have bought such an overpriced item full of dents. It was very difficult to put together. A two person, all day job. A true juggernaut.

Never seen instructions so difficult to follow. Zero words, just photos that don’t even tell you what to do. Made this a multi hour endeavor. One of the wheels didn’t screw in correctly and thus we had to not use any of the wheels. Would not recommend purchasing
