All the gear worked and I love the detector. It will where you and your arm out after a full day of swinging. The assist sling is helpful but doesn't replace becoming conditioned. I wish everything fit into the hard case securely separate from the soft case, but it doesn't. Now I just need to find a piece or two of gold to pay for the package and all the fuel I've been burning!! ... show more

I like the product, especially for the price. The shipping was quick as well. This is a heavy detector, though it folds up to be very compact. There was an issue with one of the coils, called Garrett, now they are sending a replacement coil. Garrett customer service was helpful. I have already taken it out once and can't wait to go out again next Saturday. ... show more

    • Falses like crazy
I like everything about this detector except that it is constantly falsing when bumped or at the end of your swing or even when the control box gets near change in your pocket. It is nearly useless as it is just constantly beeping. I thought it was with the DD coil, but it falses worse with the 8" mono coil and nearly as bad with the deep seeker coil. Something is definately wrong with this design. I have several other Garrett detectors (GTI, Infinium, AT Gold, AT Pro) and love them, but this thing makes you want to sell them all and never look back. ... show more
