Do not buy if you’d actually like it to stay together. I bought this a few months ago and just found the time to put it together. Wood is beyond cheap, thin, flaky and fell apart completely. While screwing it together a lot of the parts started to splinter, and some of the parts did not line up with each other. One small gust of wind and this thing came apart completely into pieces. It should get no stars! Piece of garbage like the other reviews said! Weak and flimsy!!Build it where you are gonna put it if you still buy it because u can’t move it once it’s put together or the wood splits and falls apart!!!! Instructions suck! I’m out $400 and not even going to finish building it! It will go right to the dump!! The size is way misleading! The actual length is only 70” but because they measure from the edge of the roof overhang then call it 80”!! The chicken coop Costco sold was way better than this piece of crap!!! ... show more

First the workmanship is excellent, it is just right for me, for my plans it is a starter coop indoors, in the basement. It is clear to see this coop is not strong enough for outside. Total piece of garbage. Don't waste your money. No way you can fit 4-6 chickens... well guess you could if you want to to be walking on top of each other. It is flimsy, the pre-drilled holes are wrong and it is missing hardware. Had to take the piece of crap down to return it. Double the work!
