I was able to put the chair together myself in about 20 mins. No issues at all. The chair itself is very comfortable. My son wasn’t interested in the massaging lumbar, so we tucked in the cord. The only critique I could say is the footrest doesn’t slide in and out easily.

12/15. I have only had it for about 1 month and a few weeks. Don't buy the arm is totlally broken and still no help from them. The chair itself is comfortable and provides good support for gaming or working long hours. The footrest is a nice touch, and the overall build seems sturdy—except for the armrests. The armrests started falling off shortly after I assembled the chair. I had to keep tightening the screws repeatedly, and now the screws are stripped, making it impossible to keep the arms secure. This has become a major issue and really detracts from an otherwise decent product. If the manufacturer improves the armrest design or provides better screws, this chair would easily deserve a higher rating. Until then, it's hard to recommend without caution ... show more

Ok first the good, this chair is nice looking comes with a neat massage and it's inexpensive, unfortunately this is where the good ends. The bad is it's not just inexpensive it's cheap and horribly uncomfortable the back has almost zero padding and what's worse the upholster nails were poking me in both shoulders. There are better options in this price range but in this case you get what you paid for. ... show more

White/Pink option. Not worth the money. Decent looking but zero comfort. My daughter will have to sit on a cushion if working/gaming for an extended period of time. She lied to me and said it’s comfy, it ain’t. $149 is about double what this chair should go for.

Super nice chair, is extremely comfortable and easy to put together, had zero issues putting it together and only took maybe 15 minutes. I'm also very tall so it was nice to find something that would actually fit me and still a good size for the kids
