From the time I received my scooter, earlier than expected, I really appreciated the ease of assembly and quality of the product. It is what I needed. A scooter for a heavy person but still portable. I don't need it on a daily basis so I didn't want to sink a couple thousand dollar investment. About 3 weeks in I took it out to get the mail and it died completely. I had not been on it for a few days and the battery showed full charge when I pulled out from the garage. So we got it back in the garage put on the charger but no luck. No power anywhere. Notified Unificare and tried a couple of fixes that failed as well. They shipped me a new battery and charger as well as arranging for the ones I had to be picked up at my door. New battery in and working great. Unificare has treated me great through this process and really seemed to care about my situation. I’m really satisfied with this mobility scooter. I purchased it for my family member who has trouble walking, and now they can take our little kid to the nearby local park with zero issues. It rides incredibly stable and smooth. The top speed isn’t overly fast, which makes it feel really secure, and the brakes slow you down evenly with no sudden jolts. Nicely we'll made scooter but I only can get left foot to stay on, I have to cram my right foot on it. I can't imagine sitting on it no more ten minutes. Very sad, I was really depending on this to get me around.

This product works as it should. It has plenty of room and rides beautifully. There are a few cons but nothing that should keep you from purchasing. First, the seat is loose and needs to be more secure. It doesn’t come off, but if it were tighter when locked in place it would make it better. The scooter is very easy to use and very easy to charge. It stays charged for a long time.. it was charged for over 90 minutes. The ride is smooth and very steady. The arm rests slide up for easy entry to the seat or exit as well. The front basket slides upward to bring with you into the house or clubhouse, etc. The scooter fits on the insert rack for the trailer hitch. It also fits in the back of the SUV. (Honda CRV) The scooter has quite a variation of speed but I kept it on low speed for myself. The price was good the quality is great and we couldn’t be happier! ... show more

This mobility scooter was so easy to set up, right out of the box. It didn't require any tools and the battery came fully charged. I only had to put the seat on and the arm rests. It was pretty much assembled already in the box. My grandmother loves it. She can finally get around much easier than before and it actually goes pretty fast.
