    • Comfy chair from an AWESOME seller!
I have been in love with my "gaming" chair since the moment it arrived... Although not a gamer, myself, one cannot find a more comfortable chair for sitting at the computer for extended hours at a time. I showed my idiot skills when I contacted the vendor to return what I thought was a defect (missing screws! LOL)... Turns out the screws weren't missing, just in an unexpected location (already screwed in! LOL). But, the vendor approved my return before I learned that the screws were hiding in plain sight. :) I totally recommend this chair both for gamers and for people attached to their pc keyboard. I have sat in many executive office chairs... and, I can honestly say that this chair is, as the kids say, "The Bomb." LOL I will definitely do business with this vendor in the future as the need arises. ... show more

    • Bad arm rests.

The chair itself is ok. But the armrests are small and made of foam material that got torn up pretty quickly from kids using the chair quite a bit. If arm rests were plastic or something other than foam it would be more durable.

This is my 2nd gaming chair I've purchased in the past 3 years and all I have to say is don't buy gaming chairs for gaming. I say this because my last chair completely fell apart in a few months and had an issue out the gate with the wheels not moving but I dragged it along until recently when I purchased this chair. It's a nice and commutable chair but after 1 gaming session it has already a critical error. The seat cylinder has completely given out. like I'm sitting at base level with no way of fixing the situation. IDK what to do, so I'm probably going to toss this garbage chair and go and buy an office chair from Walmart. ... show more

Did not take long to set up. We received it missing a piece for the arm cover. We contacted the company and were forward to a different contact but seemed like a big of a hassle and took our loss. Besides that, the chair is very comfortable adjustable and has been able to hold at least 300-350 lbs after a few tests with both my husband and I sitting on it together to test it out (lol) reclines Nicely , camo color is just as shown on the picture pillows are a nice touch when sitting all the way back . Arm rests are height and angle adjustable. Shipping took longer than expected (About 2 1/2 -3 weeks) but I ordered ahead of time seeing that it was not prime eligible when I ordered which was okay. We have received a lot of compliments of the camo design and would purchase again if needed! ... show more

The plastic covers (three) used to hide the chair stem came broken. However, after assembly it’s really not needed. Initially I submitted a return, In addition to broken plastic covers I discovered I was missing the 16 big screws and 6 small screws. 10 minutes later I rescinded my return because this company already does the bulk of the assembly for you! I am so used to starting from scratch but not this time. It was my mistake and I am not too prideful to admit my wrong. Christmas became a bit brighter in my household! THANK YOU! ... show more

I purchased this chair back in November of 2020. I was hesitant to write a review because I was concerned about the long time reliability. As of this time (January 2022), I am impressed. I've used this chair almost daily and there are absolutely no flaws after a year of use. I did use my own tools to assemble and a good trick while assembling is not to tighten the fasteners until all of them have been started. Overall, a great deal for a great chair. ... show more
