The chair itself was not too difficult to put together. But, the padding is absolutely horrendous. There are pipes in the back of the chair that you feel all of the time. Putting your back in the chair means that you will hit two to three pipes. Also, the footrest is too small. So, reclining in the chair is also very uncomfortable. In addition, the bottom cushion setup has a fold line that rubs against your legs and thighs. This chair is not worth the amount of money that you are spending. Chair is nice and comfy dont get me wrong there, although it would have been better to add a way to tighten the messager and the NECK pillow Stitching came apart as I was putting it on the chair itself see picture. Dont bother calling Amazon unless you want to hear everything in the background or have them cup the mic and (Basically) yell in your ear due to the fact they dont know what how to use NOISE CANCELLING HEADPHONES, or how to turn up the sensitivity to only pic up their own voices.
