The CRAFTSMAN® CMXCESM253 100A 6V/12V Fully Automatic Battery Charger and Jump Starter packs enough power to use with SUVs, trucks, and other large batteries and is compatible with most battery types, including standard, AGM, gel, and deep-cycle batteries. Designed for dependability, the CMXCESM253 boasts 100A engine start, 30A boost mode, and 6A<>2A charge/maintain. Fully automatic, this microprocessor-controlled unit will automatically detect a connected battery’s voltage and adjust the amperage rate and charge, while multi-stage charging increases safety, precision, and battery life. A built-in battery and alternator tester shows charge level and helps diagnose electrical problems. Other features include reverse hook-up protection to prevent the charger from operating if the clamps are reversed, float-mode monitoring, wrap cleats for convenient cord storage, a digital display, LED indicators, and push-button controls. The unit is backed by a two-year limited warranty.
