Everything was what I expected, no damages whatsoever. Very comfortable, audio works perfectly, and the back massage fully functional. Reclines back enough so you don’t feel like you’re falling off the chair.

My grandkids love the chairs from this seller. They are well built and easy to assemble. Both grandkids are early teenagers and the chairs are the perfect size for their needs. Additionally when there was a possibility the chairs would not arrive by Christmas, the seller was quick to communicate this fact and was very willing to work with me on options. As it turned out, the chairs arrived on time. The seller’s commitment to communicating with their buyers is definitely tops in my experience using Amazon. Stay away from this chair! I would give ZERO stars if it was possible to do so. Within a month and 1/2 the spot welds for the left armrest came undone and the arm pulled away from the base of the chair. Then in a another month the entire left side of the seat did the same. Now the right armrest is starting to pull away. Shoddy, cheap workmanship. The blue tooth speakers do work ok however, but that is no any consolation. Buy a good reliably constructed chair from any other manufacturer than this one.

Bought this for my son. The chair was easy to assemble and delivered!! Great light accents and he is tall and it fit him just fine. Great quality and was very happy with it. Was exactly what he needed as a gamer. He loved the foot rest and the lean back feature which stayed balance. Highly recommend for any gamer.

Worked well enough as a gaming chair while it lasted. However, it lasted for only 11 months before the wood inside completely snapped and it fell apart. Additionally, the arm rests were quite uncomfortable and required purchased add ons. Visually, it looked appealing and had the features it claimed. Back support and firmness were also good, as long as the screws were tightened routinely.

We order two of these Chairs, we only got one tracking number off amazon so we figured both Chair was on the one number, so after receiveing the first Chair, we contacted customer service to see why we only had one tracking number and only got one Chair, they informed us there was another tracking number and that the second Chair should be there soon, which it came the next day(3-8). We put the first one together and it worked fine and all lights worked all good ( Green and Black), when the second one came (pink and white) we put it together and to our surprize only part of the lights work, i have reached out to customer service now to get this issues resolved and i'm still waiting for my issues to be fixed. My wife loves the Chair and just wants all her lights to work. The company made it right after trouble shooting the other chair. now my wife as a working all around chair that is nice.. thanks for fixing the issues

I just put this thing together and have been sitting in it for an hour or so (so I can't speak to its longevity), and holy moly I just can't believe how much stuff this chair actually does well at its price point. I found it very easy to assemble, though I did have an extra pair of hands and that was helpful, especially when putting the arms on. But this thing is super comfortable, the massager is somehow very effective with how small it is, the lights work well and are easy to turn off if you don't want them... And I have to say, I was sure the speakers were going to suck, and they don't! Like any new speaker, you need to go into your settings and turn on the bass boost, but these speakers are absolutely what I will be using now for gaming. Oh and don't sleep on the little footrest, it's a little low for reclining imo, I'll put my feet up on my desk to recline, but if you like to sit back with your knees up, it's perfect for that! And I do :-)
