I love it. It has comfortable cushioning, I love that I can lock the backrest in place while I work then unlock it to lay back to stretch. The handles, one for the back rest, one for raising and lowering the hydraulic lift, are easy to reach and clearly labeled. The seat raises high enough to allow me to sit comfortably while typing at my adjustable desk, which sits on top of my actual desk. The leg rest is comfortable and east to maneuver. The adjustable massaging pillow, while a little loud, is quite effective. And the chair rolls with ease. Also the LED lights have several settings to choose from. Side note: I am 5‘6“ and 160 pounds: this chair fits me perfectly. My husband on the other hand, is 6’1” and 260 pounds: the top of the backseat sits at the back of his neck and the seat is a little too tight/narrow for his butt. He says if he sits all the way back it’s, manageable. I would not say this chair is designed for larger people. Thankfully the chair is mainly for my work needs anyway and I love it. Also worth noting: the instructions for assembly are not good. Thankfully, I am a tinkerer, I am very good with general assembly but FYI, the instructions were difficult to understand, some of the images were overlapping slightly. ... show more

Cons: It holds 400 pounds but does not fit a 400 pound person. The padding is not thick enough to support a person’s weight for more than an hour without pain. The lumbar “support” is a detachable pillow that’s as soft as a football. This kind of pressure on my lower back caused me more back pain not less. Pros: The little lumbar support does vibrate. Easy to assemble, wheels are a bit tough to snap in, ladies if you’re putting this together alone you may wanna use a rubber mallet to get the wheels to firmly snap in place. Connections for rgb and massage pillow work great, rgb lighting look great! Foot rest is easy to extend and put away, and best of all its super comfy! Smooth adjustable recline, great back support!
