My son loves it! Lights, sound, massage-all work as expected. Easy to assemble - he had it together in under 30 minutes. He remarks everyday on how comfortable it is. He’s average size -130 pounds. However, I don’t think it would fit a larger frame as well. It rolls well, but if you put it on carpet, I would suggest getting a floor mat too. Perfect for the price. Love the amount of color combos. I hate the that the cord always comes unplugged from the chair since it is short and easily pulled out. If you game for hours and hours like me, you will definitely need a cushion for your butt since there isn’t much padding there. The speakers have stopped working which sucks 😔. And sometimes if I lean wrong it will go down to the floor because it releases all its air. But again it is great for the price. ... show more

Had this chair less than 6 months and the arms have already broken off and it looks like a chair that someone has had for years. I expected more out of this chair considering how expensive it was. Made with cheap plastic. Will not buy again, I’ll spend my money else where.

Chair is perfect! My son absolutely LOVED!!! Easy and quick to assemble. Just make sure you get a good battery bank. I used a cheap one from the dollar and the LED lights, massager and speakers on worked for like 15 -20 minutes. I bought a better bank and it stays on for hours!! I bought two chairs for my 6 and 11 year-old sons as a gift. One remote works, the other does not. You can only imagine how this is playing out in my home with two young boys. I contacted Amazon to send just a new remote. It's a simple request as it is completely separate from the chair and is just a little remote. They said my options were to return the entire chair or get a partial refund. This purchase is a large and heavy shipment to return especially after I already built the chair. I then contacted the manufacturer, Hoffree. There has been no response at all. My 3 star is because the chairs do work, it is just very hard to operate one without its remote. ... show more
