Update: The company reached out to me and offered to send new parts, but I already replaced the wheels so they offered to reimburse me the cost. That was above and beyond customer service so I updated my review to 4 stars simply because of impeccable customer service. Its comfortable and it looks nice. The instructions were easy to follow and it came with all the required parts and tools. The wheels are terrible though. I've literally been using it a few hours and its hard to roll on this very very low pile carpet. (I bought another set of wheels for it.) And during assembly its a hassle to to get the arms onto the back without another person. Some of the holes weren't drilled far enough or the bolts were not made correctly (hard to tell) but a couple of the bolts only screwed in about half way. Not the most comfortable chair ever, but for less than 100 I wasnt expecting it to be. Our chairs at work cost $300+ and are only marginally better. Assembly is easy just dont tighten the arm bolts down until theyre all on. Looks cool

No affixed / un-removable lower back support like a lot of other chairs come with. The flat back support makes this very comfortable. I would say the arm rests are a little bit higher than most at the lowest position, maybe not the most ergonomical for some but not a deal-breaker for me. Otherwise everything I was looking for. I would say a big plus this chair also has above most is the peak height adjustment making it great for taller people. The chair is comfortable. Instructions could have been better for the back rest and arms. I needed to put the arms on the back rest instead of the seat to put it together without making it more difficult than it needed it to be. It is good for the money and I hope it lasts being comfortable.
