This chair is stylish and comfortable. Seems pretty sturdy, but we haven't had it long. One thing to mention - be sure to have a set of REAL allen wrenches. The ones that come with the parts are too flimsy to use. Other than that, it's a good chair.

I love this chair. I'm doing legal transcriptions which requires me to sit for endless hours in front of the computer listening to recordings and transcribing them andd that takes hours of each day. My previous chair was a torture without support in the right places, especially lumbar support. This chair has all the support you need be it lumbar, neck or supporting your bottom. It is thickly padded all throughout and it provides me with the comfort I need for my grueling sessions. It took me about 45 minutes to assemble it but it was well worth it.

Updated: June 28,2020 The chair is still working just as well no issues aside from the wire breaking for the massage feature. Be careful with that wire it easily gets hooked on stuff and if you pull On it accidentally it will snap But otherwise chairs still awesome :) This chair is perfect for us. I looked through a million Chairs when getting my bf one since he’s always playing games his back hurts all the time.. well, this chair massages your back! Perfect. It’s super comfy very cool looking and matches his desk. The only issue is the headrest attachment thing is way to low but that’s not too big a deal. Also the reclining feature is awesome and works well :)

The chair is very comfortable and easy to assemble. No tools required, it comes with everything you need. The chair back came ripped. I contacted the seller and they immediately shipped me out a new back. They were quick and courteous. Would definitely reccomend this chair and seller!

This is a very well-built chair. I got it for my son who is 10 years old but it easily supports me and I weigh 200 pounds. The chair States it will hold up to 300 pounds and I believe it because it has very durable steel construction on the base. The customer service was great because I had a problem with the headrest pillow when we got it but they sent us a replacement.

For this price point, it feels very good and was worth every penny. I used to only use a standard plastic foldable chair, and that left me with horrible lower back/butt pains. Couldn't even last more than an hour without my back begging for mercy. Especially now that the college semester has started back up, and it's all online now due to COVID, I really needed to be comfortable sitting at my desk for hours at a time. This has been a life changer. I cant leave my desk! I can literally spend all day sitting in this chair and be totally comfortable. The only issue I could see is if you are a taller or bigger person in general, it may be just a bit too small for max comfort from this chair. I'm 4'10", so this isn't an issue for me, but my BF is 6'2" and it looks quite small for him when he sits in it. And along that, if your thighs/butt is more on the bigger side, you might feel a little squished by the sides of the seat itself. With all that considered, it's overall an excellent chair and one of the best big purchases I have ever made. The assembly was super simple, all of the screws and thing are clearly organized and labeled for you, and all of them just used an Allen wrench that it also provides you with. I had trouble finding the instructions at first, but It was packaged in with the tall back part of the chair.
