We bought this a few weeks ago for our grandson, his old chair collapsed when one of the wheels broke off, this new ones has a double wheel arrangement on each leg which I think will be more durable. The chair was well packed and came with a clear set of instructions, so we were able to assemble it in no time at all, everything was easy to fit together and they even supplied a bag of extra parts. We noted there was a slight indentation in the lumbar cushion from the way it was packed and contacted the seller the same day, the next day we received a response stating that this is normal and that within a few days it would revert back to it's original shape, they said if we were not happy they would send a replacement, however that was not necessary as within a few days, sure enough, it was back to normal. My grandson is very pleased, and said it was much better than his old one which incidentally cost more. He likes the unique feature of the extending foot support enabling him to fully recline in comfort.

Ignore the false statements about instructions being confusing, or hard to assemble. This can be assembled without instructions it's that simple. Everything is sturdy and built very well, even the included tool is nice quality. Totally worth the money, I am 6'6" 300+lbs and this chair is very comfortable and fits me decently. You can't expect perfect and budget friendly at the same time. But this is pretty close.

Chair is comfortable. The problem is that the holes where the wheels are inserted, are very weak. The plastic of that holes is very soft and it opens wider and then the wheels come loose and don't stay put. I'm not sure if it really holds up to 400 lbs. My weight is about 320 pounds. But I had a chair before this one with only 200 lbs. support and it lasted 7 years until the wheels started to break apart. And this one only 1 month and this happened. Not recommended.

Way nicer than I expected. I "downgraded" from my old Dowinx chair and this one is almost the same for far cheaper. It's sturdy and comfortable and easy to adjust. My only complaint is that the reclining function is a little unusual and the back needs to be locked manually underneath the chair. It's not a huge issue though, just a learning curve.

I am giving this a 3 due to the fact if it is made to support 400+ the seat fits snug at 300+ and the arms of the chair will break before anything else. The quality, support, and comfort are great for someone probably 250 or less but I would say if you carry more in the hip area pay attention to the measurements unlike myself. Overall great looking chair! Easy to assemble! I just should have paid more attention.

It's pretty good. better than my last 100+ chair. Was a little disappointed when the pillow didn't have the elastic strap to put it in the right spot... using a towel instead to bump it up a few inches. The head/neck pillow piece sags so it's always at my back. It does lean back, but the foot rest doesn't extend far enough for my legs to be comfortable. I suppose this is a good chair for a shorter person but not a 6 foot tall person. Going to give 5 stars though because it is pretty good quality and comparatively to the other chairs in the range the only thing it's missing is the elastic pillow strap...which oddly the instructions showed it having...but the images on amazon don't so .. I guess I was expecting it to be close to a chair I had at work a while back for the same price / style.
