I read and searched and googled and read, to my eyes bled. Just couldn't find one I liked enough to pay $400 plus. So, decided to give this a shot. Worth the money, and I'll be able to use it daily for 10 plus hours a day gaming, but I had to buy a gel seat cushion after a few weeks. Regular cushion just went flat after that timeframe. Granted I weigh 220lbs, I gave that one to my wife and she is perfectly happy with it (without the cushion). I purchased another when it went on sale and use it with a cushion and I'm happy.

I purchased this chair to add to my flight sim gaming setup. The chair is very solid in it's construction and asembly was pretty straightforward. Fairly comfortable for an inexpensive chair, could use more lumbar support, but if you are not sitting in it more than several hours at a time it works fine. I have lower back issues so made a small foam pillow for additional lumbar support. I do like the fact I can raise the armrest up and out of the way when needed. Pretty decent for an inexpensive chair.

Updated: customer service was quick to respond to the email i sent and sent the missing part which I received within a week. I was able to put the chair together and so far it seems ok/comfy. A little difficult getting the arms and back on, which I needed a second person to assist to hold in place so I could screw in the pieces to hold it together. All in all it seems ok so far. I’ve updated to 4 stars for customer supports quick response in getting me the missing piece so quickly. I’ll update again after I’ve had time to use the chair and see how long it lasts and how comfortable it really is. Chair would be great if all the pieces are there but missing the mechanism part. Not easy to reach the support waiter a the number listed to call in the instructions manual goes straight to voicemail and mailbox is full. I have emailed as well and hoping I get a quick response. Kind of hard to work at my desk without the chair. I will update the review if/when I hear from customer support.

I purchased this chair for my home office. I sit in it for about 8 hours a day and my back doesn’t hurt at all. PLUS it wasn’t supposed to be here until Nov 30th and I received it 2 weeks early. I can honestly say I love this chair.

After all the not so great reviews I didn’t expect much but it surprised me. It’s comfortable and it still feels brand new after hours and hours of use. Putting it together is a little hard but I think it’s worth the price.

Chair was pretty simple to assemble and seems very sturdy. Padding is minimal so I’d recommend using a cushion for extra padding. Overall it’s a great value and quality for the price point.
