It ended up being a .!.bad weld.!. on the inside of the arm. I still gave it 5 starts because I do love this chair alot! I really wanted to love this chair. I love the fabric and the design of the chair; it’s very sturdy and honestly a good quality chair. However I will state that this chair tends to make my back hurt, and I’ve never had any issues with back problems till I started to sit in this chair. I love the footrest and the fact you can tilt and adjust the seat in different positions, but I’m just not comfortable and find discomfort while I’m sitting in this chair. Chair sits pretty firm, and I was using a very old office chair before hand and was just looking to purchase something for my desk. It wasn’t difficult to put together and fits well in my desk area, I just wouldn’t recommend this chair to people who are sitting frequently, because I could see where it could cause back issues. For the price point the quality is good, but for the price point I had expected more for the comfort aspect, and there are more affordable comfortable chairs than what this chair can offer you. ... show more

Do not Buy this chair it’s like sitting on concrete the welds suck it arrived with one arm rest broke at the welds And I got a replacement arm now the other one is broke at the welds and the replacement is now wobbling again getting ready to break at the welds very poor build quality
