The material is nice, and the chair is comfortable. The only issue I had was one of the arms broke after a month. It broke at the bottom of the armrest where it screws into the chair. Now I have a chair without arms. Originally a 3 start review. Updated to a 4 after going through customer service for a replacement arm. After a little back and forth, the replacement arm came and is fine. Hopefully it holds up better than the original I was sent. ... show more

This is NOT a safe chair. The weight limit was the reason why I trusted to buy this chair as I am disabled and have thyroid issues. I fell after this chair broke less than a year after purchase. I had previously spoken to the seller about my concerns after buying the chair and it makes noises the first month of using it. This is not a safe option. The weight limit on the listing is not valid. This is not safe. Do not waste your money or risk your health for this. They assured me it was safe, and it was not. 3.5 stars out of 5. This is perhaps my most favorite computer chair I've ever bought. However the machining for the screws and screw holes is very poor. The fit is very loose, and I was having to constantly retighten all the screws. All the while thinking that I should just use loktite. Eventually did, but we'll see if it holds. ... show more

Bought this chair as a replacement. Easy to assemble. Very comfortable. Seems very sturdy. Massage works ok. Comfortable material. Reclines and sits up with ease. Wheels work good on firm carpet. My only one, very minor, complaint is the head/ neck pillow could have a better and higher strap. I'm just under 6 ft. (182.88 cm) and 215 lbs. (97.52 kg). No issues with fitting me in any of the positions. I would and can definitely recommend this product. It is good quality, nice fabric but unfortunately it was not as advertised. This is supposed to support a larger weighted person but the structure of the chair does not offer any comfort. It feels like a tight fit once sitting in it. The foot rest didnt fit properly in the end and was unusable. When sitting on it, it creacks and makes unsettling noises.
