I did a lot of research on gaming chairs and this one didn't disappoint. Assembly was super easy, took me under 30 minutes and the instructions were probably the clearest I've ever seen from a flat-pack product — hardware came presorted in labeled bags, diagrams were spot on. No headache at all. The chair itself feels really well made. PU leather is smooth and doesn't feel cheap, the foam has a good firmness to it and the steel frame feels rock solid. At 180 lbs it holds me with zero flex or creaking. The 4D armrests are a nice touch. Just sat in it for the first time today and already noticed a difference in how my arms rest compared to my old chair. Being able to adjust them in every direction is something I didn't know I needed. The 170° recline is also legit — goes back way further than I expected. And the Lumbar support actually works, which I can't say for every chair l've owned. I’m very happy with it overall!

Upgrading this 4D adjustable gaming chair to a new configuration is my best choice for streaming devices. Weighing 50.7 pounds, it is sturdy and durable but the assembly is not difficult. The customer service immediately answered my question. The chair looks like it has features that it doesn't really possess, or not the way it should. The recline function is terrible, I'm barely able to push back and recline. To get even halfway to where I could get with a better chair requires full-on effort and force on my part when pushing back. The chair's back has a "resting" position of "tilted forward," like a car seat put into the position of letting someone climb over it. There's nothing to secure the pillows that come with it to anything, leaving them loose and useless. Oh, and the handle to control the chair back's recline angle bent while I was trying to align everything during installation, a big red flag when it comes to quality since that piece is supposed to be made out of metal. I shouldn't be able to bend it like that. I'm kind of stuck with this since it's been delivered and assembled and I don't feel like going through the hassle of replacement, but I figured I should warn others. I went cheap and got what I paid for.
