Supplements are hard to review because I'm not sure if I can attribute any results directly to them - so for that reason, I can't solidly give a 5 star review. However, I do enjoy this supplement and I feel like it helps my metabolism in some way, whether or not its a placebo effect or not (when I'm more regimented in supplements, I'm more committed to my fitness goals so there are a lot of aspects that collectively give results). These are easy to take and do not make me feel unsettled or my stomach upset. Love that the ingredients are clean.

I’ve been taking Gains in Bulk Clear Cut CLA for a couple of weeks now and really like how clean the formula is. No strange additives, no aftertaste, and nothing that makes me feel off during the day. It's vegan, non-GMO, and gluten free, which checks all the boxes I look for in a supplement. I’ve used other CLA products before that felt heavier or gave me mild stomach issues, but this one has been really easy to take consistently. I also appreciate that it’s made in the US and doesn’t try to hide behind a flashy label or complicated blend. It’s straightforward and does what it says. I can’t speak to long-term changes just yet, but it feels like a solid addition to support my fitness goals. I’ll be sticking with it for now.

It’s still early in my health/fitness journey and I’m experimenting with different supplements to help me lose weight and stay on track. I’ve read promising things about CLA so I wanted to give it a try. I chose the Gains In Bulk CLA because I’ve tried a few other products (vitamin d + vitamin k, and a preworkout) and had good results. I can’t speak to the science behind the products just how it worked for me. I like that this CLA is vegan and gluten free. The capsules are big though and a serving is 4 capsules which is a lot for me to take at one time. Even with a meal I have stomach upset taking that many capsules at one time. It’s hard to tell if they work as i don’t really feel any different yet. My appetite is the same and I have not had any change in my energy level. I’ll finish the bottle and make a decision to continue with this supplement then.

These didn't really help with burning fat. I didn't change my diet much in the 2 weeks that I tried them. I am pretty health though and don't have a lot of fat.

I’ve been using this supplement to help with body fat as part of my fitness plan. I like that the softgels are easy to swallow, don’t have any strange taste, and go down smoothly. The ingredients are clearly listed and clean, which makes me feel more comfortable taking them. One bottle lasts a full month, which is convenient. However, I need to take four capsules at a time, and sometimes they leave an oily aftertaste I don’t enjoy. I haven’t seen any big changes yet, but I’ll keep using them to see how things go over time.

The product page says the country of origin for these pills is "USA", yet the back label on the bottle says in fine print that some ingredients are sourced elsewhere. Obviously, that leaves me with no knowledge of which ingredient came from where, and some countries have issues with pollution and lack strict standards. However, when I looked at the back of my Spring Valley flaxseed oil gels that I got from Walmart, the label literally says "Product of China" on the back, making these pills likely better than those, and I've been taking those for years! I'm not sure it's even possible to find pills that are completely manufactured in the USA anymore, but I agree with anyone who says such a rare and impossible-to-find supplement is the one that deserves five stars. That's why I docked a star. That said, these are my 2nd supplements from this brand. I already have B complex vitamins from Gain In Bulk, and I gave those 5 stars because I felt more alert after taking them, so this appears to be a good brand. Linoleic acid reduces LDL cholesterol and increases insulin sensitivity, reducing appetite and the risk of cardiovascular disease, but when taking linoleic acid, be sure to balance out those Omega 6's with Omega 3's. You need at least a ratio of 4 to 1 (Omega 6's to Omega 3's) or you risk other health issues.

Different supplements work differently for different people. What works for one person may do nothing for another. This said, I have been taking these for a couple weeks and notice a dip in my appetite. The serving size is 4 capsules which is a lot. I did look up CLA and there can be side effects so make sure you are ok when taking this. I had no bad side effects of any sort. I do like that they have cut my appetite. This is a good brand but a bit pricey. Notes: - Easy to swallow - No after taste - A bit expensive - Serving size is 4 capsules

These are fairly large pills. They are gels caps so it’s a little easier to swallow. Recommend serving is 4 pills. Not a fan of taking so many pills. Good thing is there’s no taste or smell. CLA has been great in helping me keep my fat down, while building muscle. This brand works out to about $1.40/day for a 30 day supply. A little on the high side.
