My Mom is 75 not as active as she needs to be, she used to suffer from a lots of body pain in different areas, but she's always raving about the huge difference that Turmeric has made in her life since she started taking it about an year ago when I encouraged her to try it out. I'm in my 50s moderately active and last year I started developing a sharp hip pain due to early arthritis; I've been taking this supplement for 2 weeks while alternating with the Organic powder form with black pepper to aid its absorption, and also because the PHYTO CAPS (liquid filled) even though very good, its also very expensive because there are actually only 15 servings per jar since the suggested use is to take 2 capsules TWICE a day... This is easy to take. I read you should take it with some fat. So I take it with my meals. My knees have stopped popping and cracking and swelling. I can now do my walking without swelling and pain. I do tell my doctor I take it. It's listed as meds taken in my chart. It took a week to start seeing results but I have! Will keep buying it.
