Kiddo got this watch for his 10th birthday and loves it! We weren't quite ready for a phone, and this was the perfect answer. He is learning so much about independence and responsibility, without the noise of social media and apps. Highly recommend for people coparenting. Have had major issues with the watch and app since the start. Struggled through the setup process, never would setup through the app and was forced to do it manually after hours of frustration, after setup was complete the watch wouldn’t load contacts. I have had numerous calls with customer service trying to resolve issues. Customer service process was terrible. Calls are so backed up with unhappy customers they request to call you back when your turn comes up. They don’t call back for 3 hours or more and then only try once. I missed them the first time I waited hours and they left me a message saying I had to try again with no follow up attempts on their end. The watch allowed calls and texts for a while after reaching customer service but nothing else worked, the tasks would not load or mark complete and gps wouldn’t update. So I called again, they only made it worse. The watch would then only send calls not receive calls or texts but the gps did work. I called again and demanded a replacement watch after doing the 5 hour run around of customer service. I am hopeful we just got a lemon. But that doesn’t account for the terrible customer service. If the new watch isn’t remarkably improved I plan to demand refunds in the watch and service bill. This is a company that is supposed to help with child safety. This is totally unacceptable. We need products that we can rely on when it comes to the safety of our children!!! Very disappointed. Follow up- second watch arrived. Also won’t connect. Setup process is infuriating. Costumer service is unavailable. Terrible product. Do not recommend. Even when I setup manually it can’t find our account. Will not connect to our account to even be able to try it. Will be returning and demanding full return of all funds spent. Huge disappointment.

We tried a few other kids watches and prefer the Gabb Watch. Gabb seems to strike the best balance between making technology fun for the kids without making it addictive or dangerous. The watch is really durable. My son fell on his skateboard and the watch skid along the sidewalk. It still works perfectly and we were able to replace the screen cover quickly because they come in packs of 2. It’s easy to communicate with my kids and the parental controls like focus mode are so great!! I love seeing my kids connecting with family members, even if they sometimes send them messages with a million emojis. 🤭 My favorite features: • Focus modes to keep him from being distracted during school, sleep, church, etc. • The emergency feature where he can still call me in focus mode. • The coins he can earn (serious motivation for him to do chores without complaining!) • The Safe Zones - I set up his school and home as safe zones and I get an alerts if he leaves the area. • The battery lasts the whole day and I get a notification if his watch needs to be charged. • It also has a feature that makes a loud noise so we can find it if.. when it’s lost. Because, well, kids. 🤷♀️ My kids’ favorite features: • The fun animated animals and games he can play with by earning coins (but there are time limits so the games aren’t addicting) • The freedom he has to run around the neighborhood • The fact that he can call us for a ride when practice ends early. • The customizable alarm function so he can remind himself when to get ready for soccer practice, etc. It’s the whole package when it comes to a kids watch! I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase this again.

This is our second Gabb watch, and I’m so happy with how much easier the setup was this time around. They’ve definitely made some great improvements! I’ve got everything ready for my daughter to wear it to school tomorrow, and I’m feeling really good about it. Setting up the quiet times was super simple, and I even tested it out—it automatically silences during the time I selected, which is perfect because I definitely don’t want it going off in the middle of school. The task list and coin system is such a fun feature! Since my other daughter already has a Gabb watch, she was excited to jump in and start earning coins too. I’m not sure how long the motivation will last, but she got ready for bed faster than she has in weeks! Plus, with so many of her friends also having the watch, she’s really excited to show it off at school tomorrow I love that she can now stay in touch with the whole family. She made her first call to Grandpa tonight, and I’ve already shared her number with everyone. She just told me, “Hey, Grandma texted me!” It’s so nice knowing I can reach her easily while still giving her a little more independence. Gabb is a great company, and this watch gives me the peace of mind I need. Highly recommend to any parent!
