Only lasted a year
I had this treadmill for a year a couple months before it died. I was not hard on it. I average probably about two to three workouts a week, never going over 4mph and usually doing about 3 miles per session. Yeah, so not a lot at all. The last two weeks, it has smelt like it was burning when I made it around two miles. Today, it smelled so bad, it filled my house. I tried putting new lubricant on the belt but it didn't help. Today I stopped my workout at two miles and as I did, the treadmill flashed an error message of some kind "EO7" and shut itself off. It began lightly smoking so I unplugged it. Anyways, I seriously unhappy that it only lasted a year. It was cheap so I guess I got what I paid for.

Horrible customer service.
If I could give ZERO stars I would, when I had everything set up and plugged in I turn the switch on and got the error message Err, and in the manual the Err is the safety clip isn’t plugged in, And it was, I called customer service and no help had no idea other than to unplug and plug back in. I guess you get what you pay for.

Terrible shipping
Works as intended, a little on the small side though. Cupholders are too small even for a water bottle. The box arrived absolutely destroyed. There were large holes in the packaging and I discovered most of the screws were missing. I was very displeased and had to get new screws from a hardware store. I spent a lot of time reading reviews on treadmills before choosing this one and I'm not happy with the condition it arrived in.

Awful product and dangerous. Would stop abruptly, smoke would come from the tread. Just dangerous.

Broke mine after a year of use
The quality of this product reveals itself over time. It worked for a while, but then the middle started to bow gradually and then finally crack. The actual track the belt runs on is made of cheap plastic. I couldn't use it anymore after that, it felt too dangerous. I don't think I'm over the weight limit for it or anything, I only weight 160.
