Product arrived 4 days earlier than stated. Packaging in good shape. All parts present. Instructions for assembly were easy to understand. Took just under an hour to fully assemble and set up in place. Everything worked as it should have. Not a heavy-duty treadmill such as a full size one would be, but would not expect any compact treadmill to be that sturdy. The handlebars are adequate for steadying yourself while walking. I am 5'3" and handlebars are at a good height. Overall, it is safe and functions well. Everything works as indicated. It is a good little compact treadmill I would recommend this if you are looking for a small compact treadmill for home use. ... show more

I had a gym membership for years that I cancelled as a result of COVID-19 and I won't be going back until we have gotten the pandemic under control. I wanted an option to "get my steps in" while working and staying home, and this was an option I thought was eminently affordable. It will fold up to save even more space if you want a small footprint when not in use, but I have it down at the time being. It is taking up an otherwise free corner in my office, so it can be unfolded without much issue. Assembly was fairly straightforward, although it took a few moments to understand the instructions. There are not many pieces that require assembly. I am 6'1", and the base is fairly narrow, and also not that long. I am able to use it without much concern, but for those with longer strides and/or for running, you may want to consider a different option. I am not a fan the bright LED screen that this comes with. The blue background for the digital readout is okay, but the bright red indicator lights...I cover them up with my phone to reduce glare. I will likely put electrical tape over the lights. The handlebars are also a little low for a person of my height, but they are not unusable. I can't give it a 5*, but if you're looking for a budget-friendly option for at-home workouts, I certainly think this is worth the purchase. Even with the items I've identified, I would still purchase it again if given the choice. ... show more

I wanted to have a treadmill for the house, because I don't get to go outside to walk around much anymore. The treadmill was easy to assemble using the instructions, and I also watched the assembly video that they have on YouTube for this model treadmill. I've been using this treadmill for about 4 weeks and it has been great! I walk, jog, and run on it for 15 to 20 minutes in the morning daily. The buttons and the screen make it easy to use. I don't use the preset programs it has and the heart pulse monitor is also not necessary for me. The cup holders are small, but I don't use them anyway. I like walking, jogging, and running, so it has been a good stress reliever! ... show more

    • Definitely not worth the headache, spend a little more and get a trusted name.
Product was purchased as a gift for my mother, she is in her 70's, slightly over 100 lbs. The size and foldability drew me to the unit for her. Assembly wasn't difficult, but shortly thereafter the unit started showing error code E06, which according to the manual is a motor malfunction/broken code. After 2 weeks the units stopped working completely. Through amazon, I requested a refund and the seller agreed. The fun then began. They provided a return label and authorization page to go inside the box. The label was not prepaid. I called to inquire about getting a prepaid label and was told it would be "elevated" to a different team and I would get a response within 24 hrs. Over a week later, I called again and was told they would not be providing another shipping label and I could "take it up with amazon". I was told I had to use the shipping label provided to get a refund. Due to the fact that I had traveled out of state to deal with the delivery of another treadmill and disassembly of the old unit, I dropped this treadmill of at the UPS store to avoid my mother having to deal with it. I was charged $204, the least expensive option, to return the treadmill. I contacted the seller and was advised I would be refunded for the unit, but not the shipping. They stated they hope I understand. I have reached out to amazon and they are currently working on the situation. I would avoid this treadmill and this company and this seller. This is a poorly made unit and if it breaks you will be responsible for return shipping costs. ... show more
