I purchased this treadmill to start walking slowly and working my way up to a decent amount of time. I use it in the morning and it is very sturdy and easy to put together. I've been enjoying this and I would repurchase this item again and have a several friends that have ordered the same one

well got is yesterday... that was exciting since it was 3 days early.... while putting it together I noticed the display is falling down on one side.... like it was jarred loose... it still works but very frustrating.... assembly was a breeze and I am a 60 yr old woman.... I did my first walk this morning... very quiet machine.. I am small 5'3 122 lbs... and the walking area in NARROW... the side of my shoe kept touching the sides which made me grab the hand rails constantly.... that was scary... I just wish the walking area was a little bit wider...Im just gonna be EXTRA careful... ... show more

Product was purchased as a gift for my mother, she is in her 70's, slightly over 100 lbs. The size and foldability drew me to the unit for her. Assembly wasn't difficult, but shortly thereafter the unit started showing error code E06, which according to the manual is a motor malfunction/broken code. After 2 weeks the units stopped working completely. Through amazon, I requested a refund and the seller agreed. The fun then began. They provided a return label and authorization page to go inside the box. The label was not prepaid. I called to inquire about getting a prepaid label and was told it would be "elevated" to a different team and I would get a response within 24 hrs. Over a week later, I called again and was told they would not be providing another shipping label and I could "take it up with amazon". I was told I had to use the shipping label provided to get a refund. Due to the fact that I had traveled out of state to deal with the delivery of another treadmill and disassembly of the old unit, I dropped this treadmill of at the UPS store to avoid my mother having to deal with it. I was charged $204, the least expensive option, to return the treadmill. I contacted the seller and was advised I would be refunded for the unit, but not the shipping. They stated they hope I understand. I have reached out to amazon and they are currently working on the situation. I would avoid this treadmill and this company and this seller. This is a poorly made unit and if it breaks you will be responsible for return shipping costs. ... show more

I wanted to have a treadmill for the house, because I don't get to go outside to walk around much anymore. The treadmill was easy to assemble using the instructions, and I also watched the assembly video that they have on YouTube for this model treadmill. I've been using this treadmill for about 4 weeks and it has been great! I walk, jog, and run on it for 15 to 20 minutes in the morning daily. The buttons and the screen make it easy to use. I don't use the preset programs it has and the heart pulse monitor is also not necessary for me. The cup holders are small, but I don't use them anyway. I like walking, jogging, and running, so it has been a good stress reliever! ... show more

Purchased this a little over a year ago. It was perfect for my small space and sturdy enough for everyday use. What I really want to talk about is the amazing customer service from this company. I started having issues with the treadmill about a week or 2 before the 1 year warranty expired. I emailed the company about the issues I was having and they immediately reached out offering solutions left and right. They ended up sending me a replacement treadmill at no additional cost to me. They covered the shipping and I didnt even have to send the old treadmill back. By the end of the next week my replacement treadmill had arrived and is working just as it should.
