We currently have 14 rescue dogs. At one point we had 20, so grooming in our house is not a casual little weekend project. It is a full operation. These dogs are family. They sleep on the bed, on the couch, on their pillows, and anywhere else they have decided is officially theirs. They follow us around, they are never in cages, and at bedtime everybody knows exactly where they belong. Some are on the bed, some are around the bed, some have their own pillows, and somehow this whole furry orchestra works every night. So with 14 dogs, grooming matters. My wife is serious about keeping them clean, brushed, healthy, and looking good, and this FURME grooming vacuum has been a huge help. Short hair, longer hair, shedding, brushing, cleanup — this machine makes the job so much easier. I bought it in the United States and sent it to Mexico, and it arrived with no problem. Then we used it, and I knew right away this was a winner. The dogs may not be able to leave Amazon reviews, although if they could, I think they would say, “Less hair, less drama, more treats.” I would give this 6 stars if Amazon allowed it. Great product. I bought this vacuum back in April and never used it until last night. It lasted for about 45 minutes before it stopped working completely. I can no longer return it so I will just tell everybody what a piece of junk this is.

I have bought 3 other dog grooming systems, 2 with vacuums. This beats them all. It took half the time to groom my doodle, whom was fighting the areas around the ears which had matted, but it was done with a lot less effort and the razor didn't die halfway through. I did have to stop and empty the collection about 2/3 of the way through. He had a lot of hair. But once I finished his ears, he lay fairly still and let me finish. The quiet and low settings were for the most part enough suction to get the job done ... show more
