wow, what can I say other than I picked this up at a steal and it has been AMAZING. The most important thing when getting this pool set up is site preparation, it really needs to be solid and flat, you want no little rocks or anything on the pad or you will feel them on the bottom of the pool. I wish it came with some replacement filters, the store bought replacements do not fit the pump nearly as well as the manufacturer one. The vaccume feature works pretty good if you go really slow with it, the pump doesn't have a crazy amount of suction though, but it is functional. I highly recommend this pool ... show more

So before I start I want to let you all know that we TRIED for 3 months with this pool. Setting it up is easy as long as you have a few strong hands to help. It took us about 2 hours to set up with 3 of us. We began filling and after a little over a day we had a pool. We added the recommended chemicals to it and covered it. This is where it started to bad. Well we got a gust of a little over 10 MPH and we lost the cover. We reattached it and tried to tie it on, but every gust of wind would lift a corner of the cover and eventually remove the cover. Talk about frustration when you try and keep it covered, but a small gust of wind and it will take that cover off. Since I was having issues with the cover I relied on the filtration system. That was a mistake. Those filters barely catch anything and only lasted maybe 4 days before we had to change them. Might work better if the cover stayed on. So we leave for a week and have the filter system running. Well we came back to cover off again, filter full, and the water full of leaves, bugs, and dirt that got blown in. Once again a good filtration system should be able to clean a 20 foot pool, but I put my faith that a pool filtration system might be able to help clean a pool. The vacuum that goes with the filtration system is a piece of junk. The cap never wants to stay on top of the filtration, lack of suction, and of coarse once the filter gets full it just pumps everything you vacuum back into the pool. Anyways with a dirty pool we decided it would be better to drain it and refill it back up. Well we got a gust of wind 1/4 full and snapped 2 T-supports, 1 leg, and a horizontal support. I don't think it is even worth buying replacement parts for this thing. Overall I will not be buying from this company again. ... show more

We had a job leveling the pool as we live on a hill but went together easily & works great. Other reviewers complained about the pump being too small but I think it works just fine. It circulates the water back to the skimmer which is all you need. I also brought a floating chlorine dispenser so simple maintenance. We all love it ... show more

price i paid was awesome. easy set up. good filtration and accessories. amazon came through with some credits to my account but i had to spend over 3 hrs and 3 weeks tracking this pool to ground so i could get it delivered. no leaks so far and its been up for 2 weeks . so far very happy

This pool is huge, we pre-measured & wanting something big enough multiple adults could swim, this fits great! We spent 1.5days leveling the ground then we put the ground cover down with sand on top to make the bottom softer in the feet. It took about 12 hours to fill up with our garden hose. So far the skimmer has been fine for us. I will say if it’s not very close to perfectly level I could see how it wouldn’t get enough flow to work properly. ... show more

Don’t waste your money on this! Spent all the time and money preparing for this install, only to have a leak. Noticed the leak about an hour into the filling. Called Amazon, they offered to refund me around $180 if I wanted to find the leak and patch it. Had to laugh before I asked who would even consider that. So they scheduled a on site pickup for 5/16 between 10am and 2 pm, and of course no one showed up. They rescheduled without telling me for today 5/18 same hours, and again no show. I just got off the phone with them and they want to reschedule for 5/23 between 10&2. Keep in mind I won’t receive a refund until they pick it up. I have purchased another pool, Not from Amazon. The run around I have gotten from Amazon and the manufacturer is beyond frustrating. ... show more

I did not like the shipping courier you used. Tracking was never accurate. First order disappeared in Vegas. Pool is great. It was easy to assemble. Filter working.
