    • Piece of cake to assemble, snaps together and no tools necessary.
This pool was soooo easy to put together. I did it by myself in a few hours (not including the ladder which took about 30 mins). All of the pieces snap together. Because I was by myself, i just needed to tie the first leg off to my fence and the rest was easy. Slide the tubes through the pool liner in a downward direction allowing gravity to make it easy. There is one T fitting the has a notch in it. Save that T for last. The notch is there to make it easy to stretch everything into place. No tools needed but I'd recommend having a rubber mallet or dead blow mallet for a little force here and there. Be gentle with the liner. Do as they say, let the sun heat it up. Softer is better and don't step on any folds in the liner. Wear socks and build it from the inside. You'll need a way to get out. For that, you might consider building the ladder first and leave it reachable from the inside. Saw a few comments about this pool leaking from the drain plug. I didn't experience any leaks at all. The price is great, the woven look is cool. The ladder is sturdy enough for my 240lb chiseled body. ... show more

We got this pool in May, we put it up and everything was working great. Till it started to leak from a hole. We called the customer service and said that they don’t have liners anymore but we can send you your money back. The pool is now triple the amount for what we bought it for and is refusing to even send me a pool back. They also said we only keep a small amount of liners for warranties and said there was nothing more they could do anymore! This pool was only used for 2 months!!!! They don’t stand behind warranties!!! Don’t by this pool you will regret it and if something happens you won’t get another!!!! Horrible custom yet service, horrible pool!!!! ... show more

What you need to know… This is my 2nd pool purchase , I kept my last one up for 3 summers no issues great for kids.. You will need to upgrade the ladder especially for safety, you will also need to upgrade the filter and pump due to the high volume of water along with bugs that fall inside every day. The media could not be loaded. Hice la compra antes del Verano para estar lista para los días calorosos. Tome las recomendaciones de fábrica al instalar la alberca. Al momento de llenar la alberca se encontró un pequeño corte en la parte inferior. No pudo aver manera que se dañara en el proceso de instalación ya que el área donde se colocó estaba limpia y plana. En ningún momento tocó suelo, ya que se colocó la lona con la que vine para el piso. Normalmente revisamos cosas compradas en el mismo día de entrega para checar por daños o cualquier otra cosa, pero estamos hablando de una alberca de 16X16 que solo en su momento de instalación uno notaría su cálida.     • It does have a leak defect at the inside rubber drain seal.
All in all It's a good pool only if you get it at a good price. I'd say around $300 and you will be happy with your purchase. The leak can be stopped if a person is willing to think out the box a bit. I had the leak everyone is complaining about and I was able to find a solution but if I paid full price for this pool with a defect so bad I would not be happy or could never tell anybody to buy this pool. If a person is lucky enough not to have the leak defect then 4 stars. ... show more

Somehow we got this pool on a day that it was $259 and wow! Great pool! Easy to put together and quality for the price cannot be matched! We got the 14'x48" and we have had up to 6 people in the pool. We have had no issues with leaks thankfully!

this pool is horrible everyone having the same problem leak around the drain hole the seller knows this pool is defective and just ripping us off and giving amazon a bad reputation the. give us a hard time when trying to return or ask for a refund the pool not honoring the 30 day policy when it's clearly states "30 day "Easy" return or refund this seller needs to be removed from amazon this is horrible basically stole our money because the pool. comes out the box defective it get 0 stars from me ... show more
