Assembly is easy to figure out -everything you need is in the box, except for a screwdriver and a pair of pliers or wrench for the ladder to tighten the bolts. One important thing is to make sure that you have a firm, level surface to set up the pool on. Also, it is best if you have it delivered to the spot to where you want to set it up; the box with everything in it weighs about 160 or 170 pounds; not really heavy, but more than I want to manhandle at 73 years old; I moved it with a dolly. There was nothing I did not like. Of course I have my own sand filter and salt, water, chlorinator. The only thing I could say is maybe spend a little bit more money on getting good hoses. I use the black ones.

Purchased the pool, I'm very experienced with installing these metal frame above ground pools as surface prep was done meticulously. No one has even been in the pool yet and it leaks an inch and a half of water daily. Called customer service and was told that I would have to find the leak and photograph it in order for them to send a replacement liner. I explained that I cannot find the leak. One would think that because it is brand new and has not been used and also knowing that the pool has to be taken apart and rebuilt to replace the liner, they would have no problem sending a replacement under warranty. There is a pen actually two clamps and they appear to be plastic that snap on to the back of the filter flapper to keep it from falling all the way down and we can't find them they are nowhere and unfortunately when the package arrived where the pump was that box had a hole in it. So all we need is the two little pieces of plastic that go on the flapper on the inside of the filter system. ... show more

Horrible customer service. I provided multiple images and videos of the flaws and defects. Funsicle will not honor warranty 3 weeks after purchase.

This is our first pool at our home we really love this! it was very easy to set up! directions on the box have been thought out really well i hope this can last at least 2 summers!
