This product is definitely easy to assemble- you only need a screwdriver for the ladder if you want to really tighten down on the bolts. Otherwise, just be careful not to pinch your fingers as you push the catch buttons and join the segments. Another person would be handy but not necessary (besides moving the 170sh lb box to the location if you don’t have a dolly. It does specify a LEVEL surface. Realize how much force 4000 gallons put on a vessel, and if it is sloped, well, you are putting a LOT of pressure on one area of the pool. Definitely find the opening to the filter so you can orient the hole to the closest outlet in your backyard, minding the minimum distance specified. The filter and outlet is easy to install, I was worried about leaking but it was fine hand tightening the connectors. It comes with a pool cover too which is a plus. This size is perfect for me- I float in it on hot days while having a drink and listening to music. It’s a great option since I don’t want the operating costs of a pool year around and just want something to soak in during the 100 degree days we get. I've always gotten my kids a kiddie pool or slide for the summer, but at 7&9 they needed something bigger. We aren't ready to invest in a big above ground or in ground pool, so I thought this was a good practice pool since it has a filter and needs chlorine, etc. The 14ft was affordable enough to try it out. My husband did take the extra step to scrape the top soil and add $100 worth of sand to make a clean level surface. He set the pool up by himself and was done in a couple hours. We've had it up about two weeks maybe, no problems. The liner feels sturdy and is a nice pattern. Ladder is sturdy, although it's awkward for adults. Rim feels sturdy enough. I was happy and surprised that they also sent a vacuum attachment, net and brush. The 14ft is plenty big enough for the 2 kids and 1 adult. Probably not big enough for more than 4 people to enjoy at once, I just didn't have room for the larger one in the space I wanted to have it. I'm happy with the the quality and the kids have been even happier with it than I thought. ... show more

    • Hole in bottom ? Then seams coming apart
Got in may filled hole in bottom. Drained fixed with patch worked. Then today June seams started to leak 3 different spots. Called company One Customer Service person Enrique told me thats a concern and will just keep expanding. Another Customer Service tells me we are going to send ten more patches. So this pool holds 4000 gallons of water ok so patches instead of a new liner is what I get. I told the lady if this pool gives way when my Grand kids are in it you will be hearing from a lawyer.Her response ok we will send patches to see if it fixes the issue, Guess they don't care about kids safety at all. So I paid almost 500.00 dollars for this pool so please do not buy from this company for the safety of your kids. I sent pics of the leaks to them and all I get is patches. So yet again I have to drain 4000 gallons of water and take a chance of it not ripping open. What a bunch of bull crap. ... show more

Assembly is a little time consuming but the pool is the perfect size for the backyard and those days of needing to cool off. We do have a salt pump, so the poles rust a little faster than normal, but that's nothing against the quality of the pool. The vinyl has held up well. Although this is a smaller pool and we DID want a much bigger one, this pool was worth the money! We were able to snag this for only $260!! It’s very Durable, Roomy, Looks nice, but the pump does not work well. We used an older sand filter and it is keeping it very clean. It was also very easy to set up. I am a F (20Y) and was able to do almost all the work myself, with a little help holding up the sides to snap poles into place. Came with Pool Pad, Pool Cover, Small Vacuum, Skim Net, Filter Pump, Ladder. Definitely worth the price! We got this pool for our 3 kiddos ages 11, 10, and 7. We have had it up for about a week so far and absolutely love it! We have had all 5 of us in the pool and it seems to be very sturdy. I was amazed at everything that came with this pool. It had a filter with a skimmer, a vacuum for cleaning the bottom, a hand held skimmer, a ladder, and a cover. If we had a bigger yard I would have bought a bigger pool but it is 14 feet across and 4 feet deep which is plenty big for our family of 5. Help! Help! Help! So disappointed! I purchased this pool late April 2024. Just put the pool up. We did everything possible to line to pool correctly… filled the pool up a little bit with water, no leak. Then we filled it up again to the top. Look outside the next day and I have a puddle of water, coming from where I don’t know …..looked online at all these bad bad bad reviews … no I see why !!!!!! this pool is worthless… it was a waste of time spent…and I’m not happy at this point. ... show more
