This is my first time leaving an Amazon review. This product is so squeaky that it is unusable and leaves me frustrated. Customer service takes a full day or two to respond every time, and is not helpful. I will be requesting a refund and throwing it out

My wife bought me an elliptical from Weleem for my birthday in February. It arrived extremely poorly packaged and when I opened to put it together, it was so damaged that no amount of effort would make the equipment usable. I set a return and replacement in motion however, Weleem refused to pay the return shipping and made me pay the $200 to get the broken product back to them. I had no choice. Keep the unusable elliptical and pay the $250 (plus shipping and tax) piece of trash or pay the $200 shipping so I could get my almost $300 back. I repeatedly contacted Weleem. They either completely ignored the requests to compensate the shipping fee or acted like all was resolved because they refunded the cost of the product. I spent hours and hours on trying to get the shipping cost reimburst. Amazon was diligent in getting Weleem to make this right. They would not. Eventually, Amazon filed an A-Z Claim on Weleem to make them pay me back, after all, I had absolutely no elliptical and was now $200 into this. After continuing to refuse to pay the shipping back to me, Amazon issued my a gift card credit for the shipping cost. Even after this, Weleem messaged me to thrilled down with a message that they would not make it right. I advised them that Amazon cleaned up their terrible customer service and now they can try to manage their 3rd party seller account with Amazon. Whatever you do, do not buy anything from Weleem. They will 100% not have your best interest in mind. They are too willing to take your money without resolve to problem and they refuse to make things right when they fail you as a consumer. Worst company I have ever dealt with. What a headache. After sooooo much work, I was able to recoup the cost but wow. Just wow. ... show more

    • Buyer beware. There is no chance to return and you are stuck with faulty elliptical
i bought one off this seller and the thing sways side to side alot after each use. I've only used it 3 x and it doesn't feel comfortable. I tried to return it but they dont' cover postage.
