The media could not be loaded. I ordered this on the 7th, and received it on the 11th, so that was great. My awesome neighbor (pictured) put it together for me quite quickly. The instructions come in English and German, but he barely had to refer to the instructions at all, that's how easy it was to assemble. I expected it to be noisy, (because I have used other ellipticals before, and they were annoyingly noisy) so I was pleasantly surprised that this elliptical is actually silent. It has a monitor, which requires batteries. I didn't take photos of that feature, because I don't have any batteries on hand. There are 2 sets of handles, one set is stationary, and the other moves so you can work your upper body at the same time. (I like this feature because I can choose what type of workout I want.) This particular elliptical is sturdy, silent, and comfortable to use easily. I love it. It's going to be much more convenient to exercise now. (usually I walk around the neighborhood which isn't always safe or convenient) I am very pleased with this purchase, and highly recommend it! :) I hope this information is helpful to someone. ... show more

I saw a lot of these but this one pictured a girl stretching her back and it seemed like an innovative way to gain mobility in my back so I figured I’d give it a try. Decent tension and can also be used in other ways.
