It's easy to put together just a little time consuming. Solid piece of cabinetry, but definitely took more than 2 hours to put together. 2 hours may be the estimate if you're using an electric screwdriver, but if not, it's more like 4 hours, straight without breaks. Only issue is that one of the pieces (door to the top half of the cabinet, arrived with a crack in it. We'll see how the manufacturer addresses this. I don't place blame on anyone for it, these things just happen sometimes.

Our box of pantry parts was delivered way ahead of the projected time by FedEx. YAY!! I enjoyed putting the pantry cabinet together, even though my astigmatism and arthritis made it a little bit more of an effort. However, I am pleased with the results. I like the shallow shelves in the doors - I can see our supply of food packets readily, instead of poking and shoving packages around on the deeper shelves in most pantries. I did need to place a narrow utensil tray in a couple of the door shelves so that our thin packets of tuna, dried fruit, etc., don't slide out below the rail. Still looks nice, and displays our food packages from small packets to large cereal boxes perfectly.

This was an absolute nightmare. Started simple and nice, did NOT stay that way after first 5 steps. Wasted 4 weeknights trying to put it together. The screws are mislabelled based on the pictures in the instructions. Several different screws all labeled 7. Pieces did not appropriately line up- did well enough that it was clear they were supposed to and it wasn’t a wrong piece issue (wooden pieces did appear to have correct letter labels). Screws, as a result, didn’t properly screw in without splintering the wood. Part of the door cracked when I lined it up and screwed in the little metal pieces that were supposed to line up with the magnets. It warns everywhere not to use without mounting it into wall (not mentioned in posting on amazon though!!) but the back doesn’t line up correctly with the screws, splinters, and rips off with a slight tug, nevermind a slow pull forward by heavy doors/front-heaviness. It doesn’t matter if you screw it into the wall if the back will just rip off and the rest will fall to the ground. 150+$ and 10+hrs absolutely wasted. For those wondering “is this user error?” It is not. I have assembled 10 pieces of furniture without issue since moving into my apartment in January and this is the only one that was absolute trash.

Since day 1 of its arrival I have stocked and used this cabinet. The shelves on the inside of the doors are excellent for spices and smaller cans. If I could make one recommendation it would be to consider making the shelves adjustable. It’s a perfect addition to my small kitchen!

I got this cause I live in an apartment and our cabinet space is almost non existent. I thought this would help, and it does but not to the extent I wanted. It’s definitely smaller than I thought and doesn’t hold everything I want. You also have to play around to get the shelves the way you need them and even then there’s still a lot of stuff that wouldn’t fit. The doors themselves also don’t hold as many cans as I thought they would be able to. I can fit about 4 to a shelf and sometimes I gotta really squish them in. Building this also took a few hours and I followed the instructions correctly and the unit feels wobbly. The other day I even went to open it up and a screw fell out. I went back in and had to retightened everything. I don’t know how long this will actually hold up in the long run. Overall, it’s a decent piece for the price.

I wish we could have found a way to make this fit in our kitchen, but I did not take the storage door into consideration when I did our measurements. This was such a lovely hutch and incredibly sturdy. There is so many places for storage and the countertop area was so pretty. I really really wish we could have made it work, but it just doesn't fit. Oh, and the doors with the frosted glass was my favorite part. If it wasn't for the one little size issue, we definitely would have kept it!

This was not easy to assemble, and the material spit when putting it together. It is not a great solution for a kitchen pantry. The inner shelves are too narrow to even hold boxes of cereal, and there is a lot of wasted space when trying to stock canned goods. The doors drift closed when trying to access items inside the cabinet, so they must be propped open when putting away groceries or selecting items for cooking. It looks cute, but the functional use was very disappointing.
