No instructions in the box but did find videos online that helped enough to get it put together. It took us several hours to put together and had to undo to redo do a couple of times to get pieces in the right way. Works great, music bluetooths from phone, lights work well. One piece of gasket material was he wrong fit so we bought gasket material to put in with it.

The manufacturer is in China and they do not have United States presence. When we received it, it was missing some parts. It took over two months back-and-forth through Amazon to get the parts. The instructions are small, fuzzy, and missing some important steps. The QR code that is supposed to link to an assembly video, doesn’t work. If you choose to buy this and the QR code doesn’t work, I recommend emailing them immediately and having them send you the video. I also recommend making sure you have every single part, especially the small pieces of wood that hold the glass on. They use hemlock wood, which is extremely difficult to find even in a large city like Los Angeles. So if you’re missing any parts, you want to know Before you start assembling Once we finally got it together, it is wonderful! I use it regularly and it’s good quality. They say it’s for indoor use only, but we built a little house around it so that we could have it in the yard. It’s a better value than some of the other full spectrum Saunas I considered.

Love this!! Set up was fairly easy for my husband (he is a builder) but directions were straight forward and he was able to set up in under 2 hours working alone. Great size, heats up quick, the whole family has enjoyed it. Seller was quick to respond re:one small damaged piece. Controls are a little difficult (changing light colors etc) but definitely a great product for the price
