This bed was purchased due to my surgery. Tracking the item for delivery was crazy and was a good thing I ordered it super early! On a good note, arrived in time to assemble it before my surgery date. The assembly was super easy than expected. I had the bed in use for only 4 weeks and with the constant up / down movement I am surprised the motor hasn’t burned out as mentioned in a lot of the previous reviews. I am a little bummed the massager is only at 2 points (left foot and right side of my head) kind of a waste because it only vibrates very lightly. Then again I did ordered a 10” memory foam mattress. Overall I gave it a 4 star because the bed is helping while I’m recovering. I will be sure to follow up if anything goes wrong. 😁 ... show more

It was very simple to put together, but very heavy. Best to be lifted by 2 people. Made very well. I hope that it will last a long time. So far I am very impressed. Thank you for making such an awesome product at a very good price.

I would take away half a star for the vibrating feature. It is backward on my frame, (and yes I have it the right way as there is a bar at the foot end) Not a huge deal as I don't really use it. It is so noisy when you turn on the massage and it’s not even a massage. I would call it a vibration. It would be nice if the light stayed on longer. I will never use the massage part of it. It’s so distracting wish I hadn’t ordered it with it makes me very sad. Hard to return it.
