Description

How do I use my FreezeSleeve for Cold Therapy? Store in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours. Product may be left in the freezer indefinitely until ready to use. It will remain flexible when frozen. Remove the product prior to defrosting the freezer. Cold therapy will last 15-20 minutes. How do I use my FreezeSleeve for Hot Therapy? To heat, remove your Freeze Sleeve from the storage bag. Microwave for 30 seconds, then hold your Freeze Sleeve firmly against the skin, it should feel warm to the touch not HOT. Reheat in 10 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Where should I store my FreezeSleeve? Always store your Freeze Sleeve in the provided resealable & recyclable bag. Keep the unit in the sealed bag when storing in the freezer or anytime it is not being used. Your Freeze Sleeve will stay flexible when frozen. What if I am between sizes?
