I'm am really impressed with this Machine. It feels like a machine that should cost at least twice as much as it does. The core is pre assembled and it takes about an hour for one person to assemble the rest. The step by step instruction are very easy to follow and the parts are clearly labeled. The build quality is very good and it feels solid and sturdy. The motion is incredibly smooth and quite (basically silent), even at the max resistance. Great for watching TV while working out. The display is nice and there is a variety of workout programs built in, including several variable resistance workouts and a target Heart Rate workout. Most Bluetooth Heart Rate monitors should work, but I use my Apple Watch with a free app called ECHO to send the Apple Watch heart rate to LT7. ... show more

I first tried a Teeter Freestep at physical therapy due to an Achilles tendon rupture. Since I also have knee problems, my physical therapist put me on the freestep to warm up and help with my movement, and he told me that the freestep was their most popular machine. I was amazed at how easy it was for me to use, and I had no pain! After I completed physical therapy, I immediately bought this freestep LT7. Although it took some time to put together, my husband said that the directions were very easy and straightforward. I have been searching for recumbent ellipticals for a while now and had wanted the LT3 but hadn't made up my mind fully. The assembly took a couple of hours but the instructions were great and easy to follow. In addition, the fact that screws and bolts were bagged and labeled for each step made it foolproof. The machine adjusts easily and is nearly silent when you are using it.
