I purchased two Freesky Alaska bikes about a month ago. I don’t write many reviews but this is worth 5 stars for sure. Bikes came on time and assembled with my wife in one hour total. Was in contact with support even before purchase. Horlan and the team contacted me by text within 24 hours on every question or concern we had. They always had a helpful answer and followed up to verify results. These bikes are absolutely amazing! Fun, solid, fast and smooth. Everything works better than expected. The are as advertised heavy and tall. Picture does no justice. If you are concerned about mounting due to height and weight I would suggest researching one of the other more step through models. Wife is 5’8” and her inseam barely lets her stand over the main bar. That said stick with Freesky! We get more looks and questions about these than I do my Harley. Fit and finish is perfect. You will need a heavy rack. We went with the Black Widow dual bike. Has 600 lb rated weight capacity. But these loaded are 110 each for sure. The just ride so nice that it is worth having some wiggle room. If you have nicer e-bikes than this you spent $5K for sure. Super appreciate the sales and support team for their help. We are having a blast so far. Thanks WD

Has tons of power and comfortable ride. Pedal assist could be better though. At top speed of 32MPH on flat land, pedaling requires little effort. Also, You'll need to replace the tires with thicker tires. I got 3 flats on the back tire within the first few rides. Those adjustments aside, I really love riding this bike, great display of speed and battery life. Comfortable seat and nice upright position.

I never thought I would enjoy an e bike so much as the Freesky Alaska. It's 26 inch size and hieght is great, I'm at 6' 3"" and 68 years old this bike is a great source of excersize for the money, makes it a great asset in itself. I've been riding this bike for about a month, everyday on dirt and pavement. In the dirt it's rough and bumpy but that is expected even with the full front/rear suspension but sumwhat smoothe on the groomed dirt roads. Handles great with the stock tires on dirt and paved roads. I love the control locations and access to. The peddles are large enough and grip the shoes nicely. Got the soft cargo bag and also added the rear cargo rack and full fenders. The bike runs strong and true, my top speed is at 40+ mph on a groomed dirt road. I totally love this e bike. DT

you should get this bike over all the other bikes it’s amazing the quality the suspension and the speed. the disc take a good amount of time to embed into the brakes but it’s worth it. Super fun bike and i couldn’t have picked a better bike!

This bike has excellent speed and power, getting the 38 miles per hour as noted in the bike information and the range is very accurate, I road more than 80 miles with some peddle assist and still had 40% battery. The gift pack was well worth the extra cost but I still have not installed the upgraded fenders or the bottle holder. The bottle holder cannot go in a traditional location and I am not sure I have room for it on the handle bars with the existing equipment, phone holder and mirrors. For such a heavy bike it is very easy to maneuver, jump over mounds and walk with. The tires are thin so I have gotten a few flats and will get tire liners or thicker tires but I would still recommend buying this bike especially if you are looking for the speed and range the manufacturer mentions. More to come as I continue to ride.

I’m very happy with the Alaska. it has lots of power assist when needed. The suspension and ride is great. The fenders are not very good they are a little flimsy and could break. Besides that the Bike has a lot of power assist well made and I like the big tire's. So if you are looking to buy an electric bike I would definitely look at the Freesky Alaska. There is a good review on Utube on the bike.

I owned a motorcycle shop that did framework, motor building and machine work. So I think I'm knowledgeable enough to give you my honest opinion on this bike. The frame and the welding is impeccable. All the components are pretty much top-notch and works very well. I did compare it with another bike that my friend bought and this one is far beyond what I expected. I did have a problem with the controller but I contacted a representative and he sent me another one with no problem and it was easy to install. So I would say the customer service is excellent as the bike is also. Don't have too many miles on it right now but if something were to go awry I will edit my review. There's not much more I can say about the bike except that the workmanship is really excellent so don't hesitate if you're looking for a really good e-bike.

I have been using e-bikes for the last 7 years and this is my third different Ebike. I live in Colorado and use them primarily in the mountains. The frame for my last fat tire Ebike had cracked and I was looking for an upgraded fat tire bike to replace it with. After doing a great deal of research I settled on the freesky Alaska due to the dual batteries, 1600w motor, and the style. I’ve only had it for a week, but so far this thing is insane and I couldn’t be happier. It’s soo much fun and so much more powerful than my old 750w hub motor fat tire bike and the range is absurd. At pedal assist level 3 I’m hitting 20 mph up the side of a mountain and have about 3 times the range of my old bike. On a flat service on pedal assist 5 I can hit 35 mph with ease. It is also super smooth. I’m 6’2” 185 lb athletically built male and it is the perfect sized bike for me. The only thing it’s missing is a brake light that you can get on the freesky website. It looks much cooler in person and definitely gets attention from everyone you pass. Pics of the black online look blue, but it is a very nice black in person. Very happy with my purchase.
