Super happy, very easy to update, easy to setup, easy to use, I was worried about setting it up and getting the right updates and all but once I read the instructions and actually followed em it took not even 15 mins. Honestly worth it. For the price I honestly feel like it’s way more advance then what they’re charging you for. Have not had a single issue with scanning any vehicles. I hardly ever write a review. But I have a 2019 Honda Accord that was crashed and needed the SRS module reset. After receiving the module back form the company that reset it, the entire system needed to be calibrated. I searched for weeks for a way to do this. The system look good booted right up connected to WiFi and registered quickly. That's about it, once I tried to use it, it stated that the system was already registered and unable to download updates and car files. Contacted support and recommended that I return because the original firmware had been wiped clean. Will not order another Foxwell product. Works well, easy to use nice big screen. Shows live data to help trace down errors. Does not have special functions - like NT680 which is cheaper, so you would think this would have those functions. It does not, but to be fair it does not claim to either. Make sure you read what the products features, their website shows this. I bought this tool and I can run diagnostics. It works but the tool is missing maintenance option to clear services and other options on the screen. I have sent email and filed via the tool but I have not heard. For diagnostic, it is easy to use but with the missing function; the product is incomplete. ... show more
