I absolutely love this brand! I drink the coffee and these tablets work. I usually drink the guy health coffee and started taking these tabs to keep me relax and they work well. I am a new mom so this helps keep my stress levels balanced.

I do have to be honest and say that I didn't really tell any difference from taking these supplements. I can tell you that they are easy to swallow and there wasn't any crazy aftertaste. Flavor is neutral since it doesn't really taste like anything when you swallow. If you like to try nootropics and you find some that work for you then you may or may not want to try these out. I suppose that you'll have to try a number of them to find ones that are effective and work for you so I cannot tell you what definitively works. So while I cannot give this a glowing review, I can say that I didn't feel any better or worse while taking it. I have to give it 4 stars at most and 3 stars at worst. ... show more

Love this supplement, it's a great addition to my daily multivitamin regimen, and these herbal capsules of ashgwanda and reishi is very relaxing, and I'd definitely use them again.

I am 58 and have always had issues with memory retention. Even in grade school. Lately it has been a little worse. I spoke to a nutritionist at Lanlois Vital Nutrition center about my issues and they said the biggest issue with memory loss is inflammation. The 2 biggest contributors to inflammation are gluten and sugar. I decided to do the Whole 30 diet and noticed some improvement with my memory after a few weeks of this supplement and the whole food diet. My experience has been ok with the Four Sigmatic magic mushrooms. They do work, but you need to adjust your diet to limit gluten and sugar if you want the maximum improvement. ... show more

I like the Four Sigmatic brand and company. I have bought several products from them in the past and feel that they have all been of good quality. I have been taking cordyceps, turmeric, and ashwagandha separately for some time now. I feel they help support mood, digestion, and are anti-inflammatory. I was excited to see Four Sigmatic offering all of these in one supplement. I like the convenience. I am unfamiliar with gotu kola so I did some research on this herb. Studies have shown this herb has potential to be harmful for individuals with a compromised liver. Do your homework when taking supplements to stay on the safe side. The capsules in this product are standard sized. I don't have difficulty swallowing them. They do have a slight earthy smell and flavor. I do not mind this.
