We got two e-bikes last year and hauling them anywhere has been a pain. They weigh a ton compared to regular bikes and most racks I looked at just didn't inspire much confidence with that kind of weight on them. So I was really happy to find this one with the 200 lb capacity. First thing I noticed setting this up is how solid the steel feels. Nothing flimsy about it. My husband and I had it figured out pretty quickly and got it onto our 2 inch receiver without any issues. The anti wobble tightener is a game changer honestly. Our old rack would shake and rattle on the highway and I was always nervous. This one locks down tight and stays put. The tilt down feature is something I didn't think I'd use that much but now I love it. Just pull the lever and the whole rack drops so you can open the hatch without unloading the bikes first. Makes grocery runs or rest stops way less annoying. The locking system is also really well thought out. You get a hitch lock AND a lock for the bike holders themselves. We left the bikes on overnight at a campground and felt pretty good about it. Not gonna lie the dual lock setup gave us some real peace of mind. The adjustable wheel trays worked great for our fat tire e-bikes too. No adapters needed or anything weird. This would be perfect for anyone hauling heavier bikes like e-bikes or fat tire bikes. If you're just carrying lightweight road bikes it's still great but you'd really appreciate this one most with the big heavy stuff.

For the price, this is a great entry-level hitch bike rack. I really like the low-profile design and the fact that it isn't such a high lift to get bikes loaded compared to some other racks. Mounting it was pretty easy, and installation on the vehicle was straightforward. The materials feel sturdy, and the rack has a solid feel without being unnecessarily heavy. It’s a nice balance of being strong enough for regular use while still being manageable to install and remove. Assembly was straightforward, and the folding and tilting features are nice additions for everyday use. My only hesitation is that I’m not sure it has the same heavy-duty sturdiness as some of the more expensive racks out there. That said, we don't use a bike rack frequently, so for our needs this is a great balance of price, convenience, and functionality. Overall, this is a great option if you need an affordable hitch-mounted bike rack without the bulk and high loading height of some other models.

I think this is a very sturdy bike rack. It was easy to put together and to install into our truck. It took about a half an hour at most. The directions were easy to follow. It seems incredibly well built and sturdy. It's a huge improvement from our old bike rack. My only complaint is that I bought this to put my bike, which is very tall, and my daughter's bike on our truck. We just upgraded her bike from 16 in to 20 in and this bike rack holds it very poorly. It does adjust for smaller bikes but it just doesn't adjust enough. I did manage to get it to fit but it seems a little unstable. The listing says that it is for bike sizes as low as 17, so I was kind of surprised that my daughter's 20-in bike didn't fit well. It comes with straps so you could strap it in and secure it. What's weird is that the directions didn't include information about the straps, but the straps are on the listing. The straps make it doable and usable but at the same time the handlebar can still flop around and hit the tailgate. We just got her this bike and it was not cheap so I don't want to break it or my truck. I truly think that this would be amazing for two adults. I know I will get use out of it but it does make me nervous. It's going to be a couple years before she gets a new one. Hopefully and I would rate it five out of five stars for adult bikes. My bike is very secure. So I do recommend it, but be aware that if you have a child's bike that you plan to put on it, you're going to have to use the straps. And you might want to use the straps no matter what size your bike is. But it's not in the manual and it's secure enough for big bikes without them.

This is a well made, quality bike rack. It feels very heavy duty, and has great peace of mind. Unlike some racks, this one has a design where you actually rest the bike wheels on it. While pricier than some racks, this one feels a lot more solid, and if you're going far, feels worth it. Or if you have heavier bikes, our ebike feels a bit much for some lighter racks, but this one doesn't budge an inch when we put it on. I especially love the key design. It always feels a bit concerning leaving the car unattended at rest areas or restaurants, we used to chain the bike on the rack. But this has locks built in. And it can also be tilted, allowing you to open the trunk without removing the whole rack each time. It's surprisingly convenient, and feels very solid. Two bikes, normal or ebike, fit just fine, and don't have any rattling or concerning wobbling.

I reviewed probably four different bike and e-bike racks from four different manufacturers in the last year. They all have somewhat different designs and features. This rack's real forte is how it folds up hanging on the wall of the garage or just in the corner in Storage. The other thing I like about it is a very straightforward simply elegant way to pat hooks pull down from the top onto the bike frame to hold it in position along with the deep well formed by frame for the wheels. It had two other features that become standard as one by everybody and that is a lock as well as it tilts away from the car truck so you can get into the back of your SUV or a truck bed. It might be a plus it might be negative, but for sure it is built with thick steel translated into a little heavy when I get my five stars for next execution on the bike that will also hold large tire e-bikes up to 100 pounds each. Get my five stars.
