    • Support is absolute crap.
Edit: There is 0 support for this product but after changing alot of settings and experiments I have finally figured out a work around. I have Onkyo TX-NR686 Receiver that I have never had problems with. I have connected Roku, firestick and computers with no issue but the formuler Doesn't like it. I get display and audio drops. The work around is to connect it directly to the Samsung tv and 0 glitches like that. I have fiber optic audio going from the tv box to the receiver so my audio still comes through the receiver speakers. Other than that issue this is a 5 star product but 0 support is bs. The product works ok but has a glitch. when you shut it off with the remote then turn it back on later it blinks as in no signal to the tv then back for a few seconds then black screen again then back on again and the solution is to restart the device then its fine again. I have submitted 2 tickets to support and after a couple week have gotten 0 response. You cant call them. You can only chat with a robot until it lets you summit a ticket. If i were going to purchase another device like this I would most likely choose a different brand for this reason. A company should back their product period... Edit: I would not order this product again for the lack of support alone. Still no response so guess what happens if your past the amazon 30 days and your product fails... ... show more
