    • It was so good I bought another. Second thoughts three months later.
Best wall clock I ever had, and the cheapest, too. That was written by me about a week after the purchase, made on September 17, 2019. Now, on December 16, 2019, my opinion has changed. Yes the clocks are still quiet, and the second hands move smoothly, not in little jumps as with the earlier quartz clock technology in my older wall clocks. They do have a noticeable flaw, however. The hour hands (on both identical clocks) run slightly faster and after three months, are roughly fifteen minutes ahead of the minute hand. The minute hands on both continue to agree with the clock in my computer. So in another nine months, they should be neatly aligned on the hour markings when the minute hand is on the "12" at the top of each hour. This is going to make the clocks very disorienting to guests in another three months, as they won't know which hour it is when the minute hand is on "12". This makes this product unacceptable, or would, if I were what you'd probably consider a "normal" person. I just think it's funny, because life is a big joke to me. But, like "truth", it's a very serious joke. In any case, I do believe I owe people the truth in matters such as this. So anyone NOT getting the same result as I did with my own two goofy clocks, and find these clocks perfectly acceptable, kindly post your contradictory review here after three months of use. I removed two stars for my own level of annoyance, but would take them all away for anyone wishing to have this in parts of their home or business visible to guests. ... show more
