My older Vitamix had a good motor but had started to leak. This replacement pitcher fits perfectly, and I don't have to buy a new blender. The vessel is clear, and the handle and fittings are well made. It's worth the price.

The Pitcher container fits snug in place on the top of the Vitamix blender. This copy does not look "exactly" like the original Vitamix pitcher but a "very" close replica. The pitcher is very clear to see ingredients. My original seven year old pitcher had become cloudy and I accidently dropped causing a chip of plastic to break off at the base holder. The new Pitcher is a very good copy and replacement, plus good price compared to the Vitamix offer. Only complaint is the packer rod did not come in the box! ... show more

I ordered with high hopes and had to send it back because it didn't fit my vitamix. Didnt know or realize that it was under a 5 year warranty and contacted vitamix, now I got the original container for Free! Be weary before you purchase this product. I have a vitamix 2500 series.
