    • No Customer Support and doesnt work with 2008 Dodge 1500 Steering Wheel controls
Zero support first this radio does NOT work with a 2008 Dodge 1500 steering wheel controls. There are Crysler options and Jeep but no dodge selection. I tried the Chrysler and Jeep ones and they don't work. Two the mic is extremely hard of hearing if your radio is on dont even try but even when its off I have to yell at the thing to hear me. I was using an Amazon Auto Device Prior and it was a lot more responsive. Next the unit wont share your phones internet connection via Bluetooth so apps like pandora, amazon music, youtube music wont work unless you plug your phone directly into the unit and even then you have to go through additional steps to make it work. Last Ive messaged the seller Ive messaged Podofo, Ive messaged Meteeser and NOTHING I cant get any support on this unit. As for what it did right it is plug and play Ill give it that and the Android Auto app works plays music and gives you directions but if you ask it to change the station it tries to access the Pandora/Amazon app and fails so you have to make all those adjustments on your phone and android auto. ... show more

For what its worth, its not a bad radio at all for the price. It does way more then I want it to do. I used this as a replacement in an 08' ram 1500 SXT. It mounted perfectly, no issues there. The wiring harness was pretty much plug and play. It didnt not come with clear and specific instructions but if you are familiar with installing radios its not difficult to figure out. My biggest pet peeve is that doesn't store presets or the time. When the vehicle power is turned off its like it clears the memory. This could also be caused by the lack of instructions and I missed something. Overall id recommend it if your looking for a budget friendly replacement radio thats easy to install. ... show more

Decent product for the money. Leave a close-to-factory look which I was after. Integration with factory CAN BUS was a nice touch that made this a plug and play install. Android auto integration works pretty good. Of I paid more than $140, I'd be mad, but for the price it is fine. Complaints: Touch screen is horrible. Old thermal style screen that has a hard time recognizing touches. Clear white plastic behind the two knots prevent it from looking factory. All vehicle interior lights are green. The knob back lights are red....drives me nuts. Has some weird character in a space suit that you can't get off the screen. ... show more

    • Radio for 2007 dodge ram
Only had the radio installed for a week. Works well so far. Haven't gotten the back up camera installed it. The directions were far from good. When I receive phone calls the caller can't hear me might be where I put the speaker I have it on the steering column right behind the steering wheel. I'll update when I get the reverse camera hooked up. Update ive had bluetooth connection issue's since day one. Was connecting when ever it wants. Sometimes I would take a 20 minute drive fight with trying to get it to connect to my phone the whole time. Than just give up and when I pull into where ever I was going it would connect. Talk about wanting to punch your fist right through it. And now all it does is come on and say memory full. And when you try and delete what ever its full of it doesn't do anything. Oh and the back up camera stopped working. I wouldnt recommend this to someone I hated.. its total waste of time and money... ... show more
