So far, I’ve used it to dehydrate bananas and apples, and both turned out delicious—chewy, sweet, and preserved with zero additives. The flavor really pops when you dry your own fruit! The 10 preset options on the LED panel make it super easy to set the right time and temperature, and I love that you can also customize settings for different foods. I haven’t tried meat yet, but with how powerful the 850W heating element and rear fan are, I’m confident it’ll make amazing jerky next. Bought in April of 2025 for an outstanding price. Since then it has been used many times, mostly for fruit, but also for jerky and vegetables as well. It has plenty of space with 12 trays, but they can also be removed, reordered, or rearranged for fit/size of items being dehydrated. Controls are simple and easy to understand and use. This looks nice, easy to run and is is so quiet I have to put my hand on top to make sure it’s on. The only downside is figuring out the right temp and timing for things not on the preprogrammed screen. I think it takes longer than some of those settings too, but it’s just some trial and error to figure out your needs. Capacity is excellent! Would definitely recommend to a friend! ... show more
