When I bought this treadmill I was scared it wasn’t going to work. So I bought a protection plan with it lol. Well when I got the treadmill I had a problem with the armband connecting to the treadmill. I was mad and knew I made a mistake by buying this machine. I contacted the company and I am impressed on how fast and thorough they were. They sent me a new armband and Bluetooth receiver. It is working great. Needless to say I have had this treadmill since January 12, 2024. It is now January 26, 2024. Me by myself have put over 10k miles and my wife is close to that same number. My kids also get on it and do what they do. I am giving this treadmill 5 starts because they handle the problem I had fast and it is obviously durable. This was a great buy. ... show more

Great price and great quality. It is very heavy and requires 2 people to lift and maneuver into place. I assembled it by myself, no problems. I've only had it for a week but it appears to be solid and smooth running. I only use it for walking and speed walking and it is very good for that. It folds up nicely and out of the way. I don't like how it has to be activated (kicking) to fold-down. I have a small apt so fold-up was a major selling factor. This treadmill is a good home product value. ... show more

At the price I thought I might be taking a risk but this treadmill is awesome! It's very quiet, no one in the house can even tell I'm using it and it's super simple to set up and use. I haven't even set up the app and I've enjoyed using it so much I'm not not even sure when I will but it seems like a really neat addition. I'm 275lbs and there's no extra noise and the track has plenty of room for me so I would highly recommend this over the more expensive brands where you'll only get the same or less for more. *(For the smoothest and most balanced platform I set incline to 2) ... show more

We have had this a couple months. We have used it quite a bit and like it, however, it is now stuck at an incline of 3 and won't go lower than that. It will go higher, but not lower.

They sent me replacement front cover without informing me. Surprised I received this today because they told me to return the treadmill instead of replacing front cover which came cracked. Best treadmill for the price. Solid and heavy...Quiet and smooth. Very happy.

    • Did not work/UPDATE!! Great customer service
Updated review: After contacting Amazon and being told I had to pay for shipping back to them, I spoke to fedex and they told me to contact Amazon again because shipping was more than the actual product. After 1 day Impremey customer service rep reached out to me via phone on a Sunday from China! Needless to say, I love the customer service that I received. After I spoke with Clarense who advised me not to ship it back and to do whatever I wanted with the treadmill that did not work. He let me know he was sending me a new treadmill. It came within about three days. Very fast. We unpacked and plugged in the new treadmill and it works like a charm! We are a plus size family so the weight limit of 350 was needed and hard to find on Amazon. The whole family uses this treadmill at ease! My 6 year old loves it, his 12 year old sister and their dad can now walk indoors on rainy Portland days! Thank you Clarense and Impremey!! After unpacking the treadmill and plugging it in, it did not power up at all. We tried more then one plug in and still no power. Amazon contacted seller and told me that I have to pay for return shipping. It’s gonna cost an arm and leg just to ship this item back. ... show more
