The quality exceeded my expectations it feels sturdy, rides smoothly, and the speed is great for daily commuting. The seat is comfortable, and the bag is very useful for carrying small items. The media could not be loaded. this scooter is one of the nicest looking ones i’ve gotten so far. the deck board design actually looks sick in person, it makes the whole scooter look more expensive than it really is. setup was super easy too, took a few minutes. only thing I had to actually install was the kickstand but that took like a minute, just screw it on everything else was ready to go right out the box. the ride is really smooth and it feels solid when you’re on it, not wobbly or cheap feeling like some other scooters i’ve had. it goes around 20 mph which is perfect for me, fast enough to feel fun but not too crazy where it feels unsafe. the brakes work great, especially the brake lights, they light up good to see which is nice for riding at night. Head light is good i like how sturdy it feels everything came clean and packaged right, no scratches or loose parts. it folds pretty easily too so it’s not annoying to store or carry. the battery seems solid so far, lasts long enough for me for a few trips and hasn't died yet for the price this scooter is a good deal. you get good speed, good brakes, i’m really happy with it and it feels like something that’ll last a while. definitely recommending this one

The media could not be loaded. I recently got this e-scooter, and it’s been a great buy for the price. It was super easy to assemble, it literally came ready to use. The seat is the only part that needed assembling, and that was easy as well. It’s also detachable, which is convenient if you prefer to ride standing or want to save space. The scooter folds down easily, making it simple to store or take with you on the go. It’s impressively fast, reaching speeds of up to 20 mph, which makes the ride quick and fun. I love the built-in app that lets you customize speed settings and track your rides. The front light and brake lights are bright and reliable, making night rides much safer. The seat is comfortable and simple to install, and the small storage bag underneath is very handy for carrying everyday items.

I only bought this scooter because the ebike I had ordered for a family camping trip at the state park got cancelled with no explanation. All I could get in time was this small scooter. But I love this thing! I’m glad I bought it! I put a basket on it and rode my dog around the park several times. I charged it at half battery and rode a few more times during the trip. I took it out twice since the trip and still works great. 17mph is the fastest it goes unless you’re going downhill. The app is spyware and useless. You can do everything from the bike so don’t subject yourself to a scooter app that wants access to your photos and documents. The seat is a nice addition but won’t last for the life of the scooter. It’s poorly made in comparison to the rest of the scooter. The inclusion of a storage bag on the bike is very nice and it’s very spacious. The handlebars are dumb because they don’t allow for baskets or other handlebar mounted accessories. I had to make a bracket that clamps to the vertical tube (which is oval and not round) overall I love it. I had to figure a lot out myself but it served its purpose. Update is that it was a hit with the kids at thanksgiving. Nieces, nephews and grand babies had a blast with it. Battery lasts for quite a while. App is garbage so don’t bother, and have fun

Scooter was packaged well, looked good. My son and I assembled it in about 30 minutes; not too much to assemble, but the instructions were not as clear as they could have been, specifically regarding the seat assembly. We ended up with 1 nut left over; not sure if that was purposely oversupplied or not, but we couldn't find any missing. My son is about 175 lbs and rides it to school, about 1/2 mile from his dorm, 4 days a week. He only had it in use for 2 weeks when the seat failed. The seat support has bent forward and so he now has to stand to ride it. The support isn't likely to be able to be bent back into position, so that isn't a positive. It does keep a charge long enough to do everything he needs and is fast enough to get him to school and back in good time. If not for the weak seat support, I might've given this the full 5, or at least 4 1/2 stars.
