Love this!!! The outside of it is pretty scratched up. At least around the edges. And the bottom of it was pretty dirty lol So I had to clean it. But once I opened up the laptop, it’s in very good condition. Everything is working. The sound is great. The screen is really good too. I’m compromised because I prefer a brighter screen which this is not. But it does the trick for such a cheap price. I just needed a laptop to keep at work so I didn’t have to keep lugging it back-and-forth. Came with a charger :) But honestly, I’d use this for travel as well. I have tried several chrome books and all of them seem to not charge and the battery gets low very quick. This will be my 4th time buying and all have the same problem. I wish I can get my money back from all of these resale Chromebooks battery DO NOT charge. Same problem with all of them. I will be contacting Amazon I am sick of this ... show more

This is a very nice Chromebook for the price. My teen needed one for school. It was cheaper to buy him one instead of paying 25 dollars monthly to rent. This was worth it. Great quality and the screen is perfect and the functionality and battery life is great. It looks great. Worth the money

    • You get what you pay for: prepare to return them! BUT if not defective, they work well
I purchased 5 laptops for political phonebanking this year. All the laptops needed to do was run a Chrome browser, could run Zoom, and be able to have functional audio/USB ports for headsets. The laptops are super cheap, I didn't need anything fancy. Long story short I returned 2 of the 5. One simply wouldn't get past the setup stage, the other one didn't have working audio on either the audio jack or USB. The rest worked great and have been used in multiple phonebanks with no problems. If you are planning on doing a lot of real work on a Chromebook, I would advise not getting this one. They run ok, but they are very slow, and they would probably become unreliable and out of date faster than a newer, more expensive one. ... show more

works well and in decent shape (some scuffs and marks, but keyboard and screen all good). Battery taking a charge, but no idea yet on battery life. USB charger included with chromebook and packaging was really well done and double-boxed. Thanks!

I've had several Chromebooks and this is the best one! It runs so much better in every way. It even still has regular updates. Most come with one and that's it. I absolutely love this!
