    • You get what you pay for: prepare to return them! BUT if not defective, they work well
I purchased 5 laptops for political phonebanking this year. All the laptops needed to do was run a Chrome browser, could run Zoom, and be able to have functional audio/USB ports for headsets. The laptops are super cheap, I didn't need anything fancy. Long story short I returned 2 of the 5. One simply wouldn't get past the setup stage, the other one didn't have working audio on either the audio jack or USB. The rest worked great and have been used in multiple phonebanks with no problems. If you are planning on doing a lot of real work on a Chromebook, I would advise not getting this one. They run ok, but they are very slow, and they would probably become unreliable and out of date faster than a newer, more expensive one. ... show more

works well and in decent shape (some scuffs and marks, but keyboard and screen all good). Battery taking a charge, but no idea yet on battery life. USB charger included with chromebook and packaging was really well done and double-boxed. Thanks!

This is a very nice Chromebook for the price. My teen needed one for school. It was cheaper to buy him one instead of paying 25 dollars monthly to rent. This was worth it. Great quality and the screen is perfect and the functionality and battery life is great. It looks great. Worth the money

I was not prepared for what I pulled out of the box.Upon my 1st glance, it .was that everything was as it should be with minimal amounts of superficial scratches on unit..I was hopeful that all was well as it was bought as a used laptop.That ended when I attempted to connect the well worn charger.Had wiggle and twist on the connections for about 5 minutes just to get it started and maintain power to unit.When it booted up.3 small white out spots on screen (no color)usually from pixel burnout. It got worse then,No Bluetooth of any form(transmit or receive)Ran internal diagnostic stress protocol and it failed 4 of 5 categories including the temperature (not good!,not good at all).This unit was supposed to have some sort quality control inspection before resale,Am attempting to return unit in the hopes that someone just:“Dropped the ball on this one”May try to get another from same supplier just to see, will let everyone know. ... show more
