The media could not be loaded. I’m obsessed with this e-bike. I did struggle a little bit getting it together, however the staff was really helpful and responded quickly. I added some lights to the side because I ride a lot a night. I wish they had a regular bike spikes to add the bike spike lights but other than that it’s a really good bike. It handles bumps, strong winds and steep hills really well. It took us also a little bit to fold the bike as well. Keep in mind I’ve never had anything like this before. However once my son and I figured it out, folding it is super easy and done quickly. I work about 17 miles from my apartment and I have recently started riding this to work. Normally I use full electric mode and I’ll be cruising, by the time I got to work there was two battery bars left. The terrain is mainly flat. I also like that the seat is a little larger than a typical seat and has some cushion for comfort. It took me a minute to realize that it doesn’t matter how fast you pedal for the pedal assist feature. You can pedal super slow and it will still go fast. There isn’t much resistance with pedaling which makes the ride super enjoyable. Well worth the purchase.

We’ve had the Rakowe electric bike for about five months now, and it’s been a good experience. My son uses it every day, often riding with his friends, and the bike has held up well. The quality has been solid, even with the frequent use. Rakowe’s communication has also been great—they’re responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions. Overall, I’d recommend Rakowe if you’re looking for a reliable electric bike, especially for kids who will really put it to use. It’s been a dependable choice for our son.

Received ours today, just one day after the day it was supposed to be here which was probably because it shipped with FedEx. I gotta say, this bike was a lot better quality than I was expecting for this price point! I'm pleased for real. The manual was a little harder to understand as it gave the bare minimum description and the pictures were so small to see however anyone with a solid brain can figure out how this assembles without the instructions. There's also no where in the manual that explains the back rest installation. You just unscrew and pull up the back seat and screw it all together. Nothing too hard there. Took my boyfriend and I only 1 hour to get it right. And only had to remove the front wheel once. Also drives way faster than expected. Great bike so far

I bought this bike as a secondary back up bike, so I would have a bike if something happened to my main bigger bike. It was easy to put together and I was actually surprised at how sturdy it was, because I was a bit concerned about it folding in half. However the first time I rode it my concern was quickly put to rest. I use the bike more than I thought I would originally because it easier to hop on and go and I can easily fold it and it's compact enough to put it anywhere. The one thing that it took some getting use to was the throttle is very sensitive, but with anything that's different we adjust. I was also very impressed with the longevity of the battery life and the distance on a single charge, I may have needed to charge it once a week but it did great for just running around town doing daily errands. I'm glad I made the additional small investment in this bike because for the price it has more then earned it's weight in gold for my everyday use. I would recommend this bike for several reasons one being cost and durability and then just practicality and a definite storage issue.

Bought the bike, got it, came without battery, they did send me one a week or so later, charged it up till light was green, 1)seat pole had a dent in it, 2) the battery indicator on screen doesn't work, it just shows the battery is full, but I drove it till battery ran out for test run to see how far,long, I could go but it indicated full battery,.... I'd personally stay away from this bike, nothing was smooth with this from the start other than the same price, $470(including 2 yr warranty), wasted, not worth the time to retake apart repackage and then drive 20miles to remail it out, BUYER BEWARE, LOOK AT OTHER BIKES, I ended up with ordering a different one else where Edit, I've dropped it from 2 to 1 star, cheap bike, you get what you pay for, that's why they selling it cheap, cheaply made,

Honestly one of my best purchases! It comes with an alarm that’s loud enough to hear, it has a button that starts the e bike without the key in it and you can also turn it off with the lock button! It’s folds perfectly so it’s not so compact when it’s fully put together! It took about 3 hrs to fully charge as soon as I got it! I absolutely love it! I highly recommend this bike! My 11 year old doesnt stop bugging about using it! It has 3 gears so you can control the speed for the most part and the throttle is smooth! My speedometer says it goes up to 30mph but it really goes up to 20mph so I wish they would fix that because it doesn’t go up to 28/32mph not even at peak battery
