Treadmill arrives almost completely assembled so getting it up and operational is not so difficult. I am an older woman and did it by myself. It would have been easier if someone else had been there to help. The operations programming is not intuitive and the instructions are confusing. I have decided it may take running down several You Tube demos to find one with a good explanation as to how the programs can be used. In any event, I've figured out basic operations and am satisfied that I can operate it at the slowest speed, hold onto the bar, and walk comfortably for 10-15 minutes at 3% incline. I then do my sitting step machine for 45 minutes to an hour. The plan is to increase the walking speed and time gradually every few weeks. I am most interested in increasing time walked rather than distance. I am able to comfortably watch television or watch a show on my iPad while using these machines. I like this walking treadmill more than traditional treadmills because it is smaller and fits easily in my apartment. It has small wheels on one end so I can move it when needed - though moving it around on carpet is a bit of a pain so I tend to just rock it back and forth while holding it vertically to move it short distances. It has one of the wider treads I found so I don't feel like I'm going to accidentally step off the edge. In any event, so far, so good. I never would have bought a large treadmill as I don't run anymore, but this walking treadmill appears to be a good investment. A good way to get back into a daily walking routine using unobtrusive equipment at home. Update after use for a couple of weeks. Still working on figuring out programming but have increased speed and enjoying the walking. Friends and family already commenting on how much better I appear to be getting around. Good investment. Bumping up to 5 stars.

I've been using this treadmill for a few weeks now. It works consistently and does the job. Not too loud. I like how it does not take up a lot of space and its easy to move around. It folds flat when you want to store it.

I use it almost daily! It's useful for in between chores and working. Easy to use and easy to put away. Not too noisy, but a little too bulky to fit under the couch, so it's against a wall when not in use. The downside is that the handles are too far forward for me to keep holding on to for balance and there's no way to adjust it. It's pretty bothersome, but not enough of a bother to return it. I wish it was closer or adjustable.

It’s lightweight but well made. The treadmill utilizes a functional manual incline. The remote is perfect if you don’t want the bar up. If you want to walk and still be comfortably at home with a solid machine this is the one for you.

Great treadmill with ability to have a small incline and speeds up to 7.5MPH! The bar is there for those who need it, also has a nice little space for remotes and phone. The fold up feature is perfect for storing under a bed if needed. Really love this treadmill-quiet so I can workout early without disturbing anyone, great value-highly recommend!

I don’t recommend this product. I’m pretty disappointed. The power cord came out from the treadmill when I was moving it. I feel that’s a unsafe. The value of this treadmill is what you get. Mine did not incline. I will give it one star because it was easy to assemble and the size was perfect. The handle was in that sturdy.

I've been thinking about getting a walking pad for a couple of years now, but saw a lot of mixed reviews and didn't want to spend the money. I finally splurged and took a chance on the HomeTro walking pad, and it was definitely worth the money! I love the stand for your phone, kindle, book, etc. I also really like that it elevates. It's super simple and easy to use and essentially ready to go right out of the box. I've only used it half a dozen times or so, but it works great and seems to be of good quality. Would definitely recommend to others. My only complaint is I had trouble getting it level on my wood floors. I ended up having to put some cardboard pieces under it to level it correctly. Maybe it would do better on carpeted floor, but overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

This treadmill is great to use at home or at work with your desk! The treadmill goes up to higher speeds for jogging and the stability bar is nice. I like that there is a phone rest to use while walking. If you don't have a hard wood floor or tile surface, I would recommend getting a mat to put under it.
