Its very small and compact but it's the perfect size for me (5'2" female). If you're taller and want to do some running, I'd look for something else. You could technically run on this but you'd have to be careful given the smaller size. It's 15 inches wide and 37 inches long. The speed goes up to 6mph. If you want a brisk walking incline workout this gets the job done. It's fairly quiet, easy to fold up and store away. A few things that bug me though....when you turn on the machine there's a very loud beeping noise to indicate you turned the machine on, like obnoxiously loud. The program monitor/calorie counter is way off which I find unmotivating. It estimated I burned 8 calories in 15 minutes.....which is way under what it actually should be. I've had stationary bikes do a better job at estimating calories burned. So I find the monitor rather pointless when it comes to that and most of the preprogrammed options dont really make sense to me (there's workout to burn 70 calories and one to burn 50?)...not much of a workout. For the price point I think the monitor could've and should've been more accurate and account for factors like body weight and incline. There are cheaper exercise equipments with much better calorie burned estimations so I feel they dropped that ball when it came to that here. I work out and just remind myself to not look at the monitor. But like I said, it's pretty unmotivating. I do wish the handle bar height was taller or adjustable, it hits right at my waist. There isn't a water bottle holder. It does look like a treadmill for kids due to its size. It's a basic bare bones small treadmill and if a decent walking workout is all you're looking for then I think this is a good option. I haven't had it very long so the reviews saying it stops working after a year worries me but I guess I'll find out how it holds up.

I was skeptical of purchasing this treadmill since at the time it only had 1 review. However, after having and using this for a week I am glad I purchased it. The reason I purchased this one over others that had hundreds of 4+star reviews was for a couple of reasons. 1. The bad reviews on the others were all too similar to just be grumpy customers complaining to complain, so I felt uneasy about that. 2. I wanted one that inclined. (I will say I am disappointed that the incline isn’t as steep as I would like, but I didn’t fully read the description to find out how big of an incline it has, so still giving 5 stars since I didn’t do my due diligence). With the price, it was well worth the risk to purchase. If you work from home this is a must have. I went back walking 4K steps total a day, to 15k before the end of my shift. Sitting for 8-12 hours a day working made me feel lazy, unmotivated, and I could feel my body deteriorating. I feel more productive and have more energy while working, and have more energy after work. Once it’s on the ground it’s easy to move for most people. It has wheel so you just lift one side and move it where you need. Side note which I found out when the treadmill arrived, it has Bluetooth which is pretty cool if you want to play music. (Once again I didn’t read the full description of this, so it was a nice surprise to me) Currently I have no other cons. The only thing I could think of that might turn people away is that it doesn’t fold up or can lean against the wall like some. The power button and power cord are on the front of the treadmill so by standing it up and leaning it against a wall would bend and put stress on the cord. To me that’s not an issues though. ill update in the future if there are any issues I come across.

Maybe this thing is good if you're 100lbs, but as a 200lb male, it is a pretty terrible product. Never once has the belt stayed properly aligned, even after about 1000 times adjusting it back. It perpetually slides left or right after 2-5min of use. I am constantly stopping it to adjust the tightening, but it just goes back to sliding off. I have tried everything to fix it, but at the end of the day, it is just a poorly made product. Save up and just buy a better treadmill.

This is a great treadmill for basic needs . It was sup r easy to get started( about a 5 min setup) I’m a big girl so it definitely felt like it could hold my weight and more. Great treadmill for the price. Its also very quiet

It’s ok. I don’t trust It while tuning on it. The grip seems to slip if flat on the ground. The incline works best with running or jogging but the issue is the device is too narrow.
