OMG! This scooter is amazing! It has a lot of pep. I used it when I had leg and foot surgery. I did go to fast a few times and crashed into my cupboards lol. The 2 baskets are so helpful. The seat is comfortable. Arm rests are very handy but do not use them for a safety supportive tool. The lights were also handy. The battery charger gets hot so I drape it off the bottom of the arm rest for good airflow and no contact. Adjustable handle bar, easy set up, cup holder nice and handy, phone holder useless to small for iPhone with case. ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT AND WILL RECOMMEND!

My husband became disabled and did not want to use a wheelchair. This scooter was the answer. He now feels able to get around the house quickly and easily. It fits through our doorways better than his wheelchair and is much quicker. Lots of places to put his stuff, cell phone, drink and whatever else he is carrying around at the time. The seat rotates to make it easier to get on. My husband is a big man, 260lbs and it carries him with ease. We had a few issues with the battery and charger and they sent detailed troubleshooting emails. And when that didn’t work, they sent a brand new battery. It came very quickly so he was not without his scooter for long. We missed their follow up phone call but they did call to make sure we were satisfied. Excellent quality and exemplary customer service.

Easy to place in the hatchback of my car, very sturdy and nice looking, battery lasts a long time, easy to maneuver and offers a smooth ride. This scooter has made my life a lot easier and now I am able to shop in person instead of ordering my groceries for pickup. I have mobility and balance issues that makes it difficult for me to walk in stores with hard floors. This scooter is easy to take apart and fold down the handle. The 2 baskets are big enough to place all my groceries in. This scooter was definitely a game changer for me.

Pros: Love this scooter, the seat is super comfortable and super fast on full battery, I had to put it on speed 2 cause, I like speed but this is no joke lol. It’s a really fast scooter, (if on level 6 please stop gradually felt I could tip if I had it on top speed and braked suddenly ). Arms expand in width so you have enough room to wiggle. Chair swivels so you can get in and out easily. Love it! Cons: Seat although very comfortable it’s a bit wobbly, not great at tight turns but you can work around it. Steering part is a bit wobbly too. I have a Toyota Corolla small 4 door car so after I take of the scooters seat off I have to take off the bolt of the neck that decides the the hight of the seat and push it all the way down with out the bolt so the scooter can fit. There is still a lil more space to put the chair and battery and maybe if you know how to acomódate it the front basket. Other than that I love my scooter so handsome and cool.

I got this Scooter for my nana and she absolutely loves it. She's on the heavier side and this fits her perfectly. Me and her built it together and the quality of these pieces were just as the pictures looked, shiny, bright red, and no damages. It's easy to transport the scooter from full to disassembled and put in the back of my Papas truck. It fits nicely in there. The speed gauge on the front has 6 differnt levels and depending where she wants to go (in store, cruise around outside for a bit) it's fast when it needs to be and slow and calm when it's time to chill. She said she feels like Turbo lol. The price was just what we were looking for and honestly it's worth the value. Definitely a great pick up and i recommend this for sure. (Now i have to get my Papa to get one too)

This is just the ticket for traveling and use around the neighborhood. I have a sever sciatic situation and I'm unable to walk more than 50 feet without pain. This scooter is perfect for getting me to the pool or to the neighbors for coffee. We are leaving for an international vacation and the scooter folds nicely and can be put on the plane in the cargo hold. It will not go on the plane itself. It took me a while to concede to the fact that I will need assistance on this trip, but I'm glad I did. The price was just right too!

Does not have any sort of suspension, so every bump, dip, line in the cement, pebble, etc. is sent straight through the body. The seat also does not have enough cushioning, which makes it even more uncomfortable to sit on and ride around on, especially if you have spinal injuries or pain in the hips. The tires are hard rubber/plastic, so they do not offer any cushioning to the overall ride either. The spreed is very limited, even at the highest speed, it's about the same as a brisk walking pace. The battery/controller/computer overheats from continuous use after about 30 minutes on a smooth, flat paved surface and stops working, leaving you somewhat stranded until it decides to work again. I would not recommend this to anyone. I also find the bright blue color unattractive. Black would look so much better. Overall, I'm very disappointed.
