My husband became disabled and did not want to use a wheelchair. This scooter was the answer. He now feels able to get around the house quickly and easily. It fits through our doorways better than his wheelchair and is much quicker. Lots of places to put his stuff, cell phone, drink and whatever else he is carrying around at the time. The seat rotates to make it easier to get on. My husband is a big man, 260lbs and it carries him with ease. We had a few issues with the battery and charger and they sent detailed troubleshooting emails. And when that didn’t work, they sent a brand new battery. It came very quickly so he was not without his scooter for long. We missed their follow up phone call but they did call to make sure we were satisfied. Excellent quality and exemplary customer service.

OMG! This scooter is amazing! It has a lot of pep. I used it when I had leg and foot surgery. I did go to fast a few times and crashed into my cupboards lol. The 2 baskets are so helpful. The seat is comfortable. Arm rests are very handy but do not use them for a safety supportive tool. The lights were also handy. The battery charger gets hot so I drape it off the bottom of the arm rest for good airflow and no contact. Adjustable handle bar, easy set up, cup holder nice and handy, phone holder useless to small for iPhone with case. ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT AND WILL RECOMMEND!

This is just the ticket for traveling and use around the neighborhood. I have a sever sciatic situation and I'm unable to walk more than 50 feet without pain. This scooter is perfect for getting me to the pool or to the neighbors for coffee. We are leaving for an international vacation and the scooter folds nicely and can be put on the plane in the cargo hold. It will not go on the plane itself. It took me a while to concede to the fact that I will need assistance on this trip, but I'm glad I did. The price was just right too!

I was looking a an inexpensive way to putch around my neighborhood. I have difficulty walking due to back problems. PROS: Easy assembly Double baskets Higher weight capacity Good acceleration CONS: Folding leaves the 50 pound base which exceeds my lift limit Be careful on bumpy surfaces Would not travel suggested 12 miles I could take this on the road if I have someone to help me put it in the trunk. I’d like to get another battery to extend travel distance. It is great in my neighborhood, which has sidewalks and overall flat terrain. Very bumpy ride on uneven surfaces. Overall it was a decent price and meets my needs. Also, the dog loves tooling around in the basket.

Easy to place in the hatchback of my car, very sturdy and nice looking, battery lasts a long time, easy to maneuver and offers a smooth ride. This scooter has made my life a lot easier and now I am able to shop in person instead of ordering my groceries for pickup. I have mobility and balance issues that makes it difficult for me to walk in stores with hard floors. This scooter is easy to take apart and fold down the handle. The 2 baskets are big enough to place all my groceries in. This scooter was definitely a game changer for me.

UPDATE: the seller contacted me and he is allowing me to return the battery and he's sending me a new scooter thank youHighly disappointed. I bought this on April 2nd . I use it to get the mail take the trash out and take the recycle out about 4 times a week. I live in a condo so it's pretty easy to get it and out of but unfortunately June 2 exactly 2 months to the date I purchased it, it just stopped working completely. I can't get it to work I try. From my contact with the seller he was giving me some tips on how to get it to work and nothing worked. I took pictures of it and he told me it wasn't working because I put it together wrong so I said OK it's been working for two months and you're telling me that all of a sudden it's not working because I put it together wrong ? It didn't make any sense to me. He stopped replying to me unfortunately in the trash it's going because there's nothing I can do with it I'm sorry I ever bought it and I do not recommend this product because I don't think the seller is very helpful if you have a problem.
